Moreover, the wheelchair-accessible entrance allows for seamless access, making the shopping experience enjoyable for everyone.

Payment Options

Customers will find multiple payment options available at Boots. Absolutely adored it! The staff was ever so helpful, and anything we couldn't find in the store, we could effortlessly order online. Top-notch service all around!

This store is the bee's knees, mate! They've got a pharmacy that sells everything under the sun, from makeup to sarnies to over-the-counter remedies like paracetamol and cologne. They've even got men's deodorant! You can find all your cold-fighting essentials here, including face masks. The pharmacist is a proper gem, always dishing out top-notch advice on health concerns. The staff are dead friendly, and the store is dead easy to get to since it's in a shopping centre. Top-notch spot, I tell ya!
Christina Powell (24/05/2025, 23:31):
I queued for ages - clearly not enough staff, but they did have the medicine I needed. They should really think about implementing a ticket system so that people like me, who struggle to stand for long periods, can take a seat.
Denise Ortiz (24/05/2025, 14:24):
I was quite disappointed as the beauty supply store did not have the items I was looking for, and many of the shelves were not properly stocked.
Raymond Edwards (23/05/2025, 18:27):
Found everything I was looking for and I will definitely be coming back for more. The staff is absolutely lovely! 😁🌹
Jonathan Jones (22/05/2025, 13:28):
Plenty of products to purchase at this fabulous store, which has been around for many years. They even have a pharmacy where you can get some great advice if you have any health concerns. A top-notch store, for sure! xxxxxxxx

I've popped into this beauty supply store a few times over the years and never had any problems until I tried to purchase hair dye. I'm 28 years old and I've been coloring my hair since I was 13. Can you believe they asked me for ID because I apparently looked under 18? It's absolutely bonkers to ask for identification just to buy hair dye! And the explanation they gave me was just plain daft. I'll definitely think twice before buying dye from this place again, if I can avoid it in the future.
Johnny Gonzalez (19/05/2025, 06:20):
Great range of products, the minor ailment service is top-notch and really helpful for those little health issues that don't require a doctor's visit. A real time-saver!
Kenneth Morris (17/05/2025, 10:36):
The staff here are ever so helpful and caring. It's a breeze to get to from the car park.
Ethan Morris (16/05/2025, 04:12):
Absolutely top-notch service from this renowned retailer. I was fortunate to snag the No.7 Beauty Advent Calendar. 🎄 Highly recommend!
Timothy Wilson (15/05/2025, 06:59):
It was a cracking shopping experience at this beauty supply store. The aisles were well marked out, making it a breeze to find what I needed. Cheers to their organization!
Jean Martin (12/05/2025, 19:03):
This store is always buzzing with activity, but the staff is incredibly polite and helpful.
Harold Thomas (12/05/2025, 18:21):
Loads of great deals, convenient location in Kingdom Centre, and complimentary parking available.
Elizabeth Harris (10/05/2025, 22:44):
There was only one register open in the entire store (even on a Saturday). I had to ask the lady at the checkout about a side effect of some tablets, and she assured me it was fine. However, upon further research, I discovered it was not okay. It took me 5 minutes to get a refund, with a long line forming behind me. The staff are usually friendly, albeit a bit overstretched. They have a decent selection, but the stock is quite limited. For a better variety, it's advisable to head to Kirkcaldy retail park. The store looks outdated and worn-out now, and the range of baby food has significantly decreased. It's been going downhill over the past year or so. Update: there's still only one cash register open, and the stock is even more limited. The staff are pleasant but clearly overwhelmed. Avoid coming between 1 and 2 for any medicine as the pharmacy will be closed, and the cashier can't even sell paracetamol.
Lauren Rogers (08/05/2025, 22:30):
I was in need of information about a product, and there was only one staff member available who was unable to help me.
Michelle Baker (08/05/2025, 21:06):
It was ever so quiet when I popped by, but I did manage to grab everything I was after. The store has a nifty entrance and exit system set up, along with protective screens at the counter for everyone's safety.
Ann James (06/05/2025, 20:04):
This boots store is always so understaffed with long queues, which can be quite frustrating for many folks.
Catherine Long (06/05/2025, 19:50):
I was at the chemist today and I have to say it was awful, had to wait for 45 minutes! Definitely won't be returning there.
Nancy Reed (06/05/2025, 19:15):
The pharmacy staff were extremely polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
