The blokes at the shop were ever so friendly and helpful. They walked me through the entire eye test process and picking out some new spectacles, all while making sure I felt right at home and not rushed. Didn't have to twiddle my thumbs waiting around, and they actually saw me a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Cheers to them!

My 'ppointment was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled from 8:30 to 9:00. When I arrived at my revised time slot, I was informed that there was no trace of my appointment. What a complete waste of time!

I popped into the Dundee branch and I must say, they were ever so helpful and knowledgeable. The staff were so professional, and their equipment and setup were top-notch. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me into buying frames right then and there, but instead gave me some thinking time. Overall, a great experience!

My mum 'as nevah received such a 'igh level of investigation into 'er eye issues and professionalism that went above and beyond. The optometrist was exceptional, reassurin', and diagnosed the problem along with dispensin' medication to 'elp resolve this. My mum and I could not speak more highly of 'im or the Boots care team.

Quite disappointed with the service!! It has been 3 weeks since I had my eye examination and ordered new glasses, yet I have not received any update from Boots Dundee. I have called them 3 times, and they informed me that because I selected frames only available online, I must wait for them to be sent to the store by the manufacturer for my approval. While I comprehend this process, why must I wait 3 weeks for it?! Additionally, today, my daughter accidentally broke my old glasses, which has left me truly frustrated!!
