Well, let me tell you about my recent experience at this pharmacy on a fine Thursday afternoon. The place was all locked up tight, no sign on the door, no explanation whatsoever. I saw a couple of folks inside, just milling about. Finally, they decided to open up shop. Luckily, they did have the item I was looking for in stock, so I'll give them two extra stars for that.

I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription, they said they'd order it for me every 8 weeks. The first time they did, but the next time I was waiting for their message saying it was ready, and when I had only 3 tablets left, I called them and they hadn't ordered it. I was very disappointed. I called them again last week, and once more they hadn't ordered my meds. What's the use of offering something like that if you can't follow through with it?

The service was rather sluggish and to make matters worse, after waiting for a good 30 minutes, I was handed the wrong prescription. Quite the inconvenience, I must say.

I just stopped by to pick up my prescriptions, and the pharmacist told me it would take 20 minutes, even though there was no one else in the pharmacy at the time! She mentioned they were busy, but 20 minutes for a prescription seems a bit excessive! I've noticed this seems to be a common issue at all Boots pharmacies - the staff can be unhelpful and sometimes even rude, especially at the Scotstown branch in BOD. When I go elsewhere, I usually get my prescriptions within 10 minutes! Boots really needs to focus on training their staff on customer service and reducing wait times for prescriptions. I'm definitely not planning on returning!

I must say, the pharmacy in question is absolutely appalling. I attempted to get in touch with them throughout the entire day on Monday, 06/06/2022, but their phone line was constantly busy. I made sixty phone calls from early morning until late afternoon, with no success. It is quite frustrating, and I anticipate they will come up with some sort of excuse, as they always seem to do. Even when I visit the pharmacy in person, I can sense the complete contempt and lack of regard they have for their customers, including myself. The way they treat people who rely on them for life-saving medication is simply disgraceful. They should feel truly ashamed of their behavior.

Terrible experience at this pharmacy. Complete lack of acknowledgment at the counter, while the staff were busy with their computers. Very rude behavior. My prescription was never ready, and I was told to wait for 20 minutes, even though there were other customers waiting as well. It was evident that there were plenty of staff members around, as all I could hear was chatting and laughing. Customer service is clearly not a priority here.
