Michael Morris (06/06/2025, 06:16):
I must say, I was rather disappointed with my recent experience. I had scheduled an appointment at the pharmacy for an ear syringing procedure, only to find out that my ear was not actually blocked with wax. Despite this, I was still charged 50 pounds for the visit. Additionally, I was prescribed antibiotics which did not seem to improve my condition at all. After consulting with my GP, it was determined that the antibiotics were unnecessary and I discontinued their use. It felt like a complete waste of time, money (including a 80-mile round trip), and medication. My GP even expressed concern over the charges and recommendations made by the pharmacy.
