Edward Evans (05/06/2025, 06:08):
The staff at this pharmacy were quite unpleasant and unhelpful, which was rather disappointing considering their line of work involves assisting individuals with health issues. As new parents, my partner found their attitude to be quite dismissive and it seemed like they had little regard for her legitimate concerns regarding her maternal care.
We initially signed up for the Minor Ailments Service at this pharmacy in an effort to support local businesses, but have ultimately opted to transfer our prescriptions to the nearby Boots store.
This is actually my first time leaving an online review, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I intend to express these same concerns in a formal letter to the pharmacy.

I popped into this pharmacy and inquired if they still only accepted cash. One of the staff members was extremely impolite, insisting on cash only and asking for exact change as they were short on it. I tried to engage in conversation, but she rudely stopped me in my tracks. As someone who is self-employed and relies on cash to pay my bills, I usually like to have some spare change to buy small things. The attitude in that place was terrible, particularly from her, and I have since stopped going there and will continue to do so.

Much speedier than Boots at Asda. Always found the staff pleasant and helpful.
