I gave the pharmacy 3 stars today, although I would usually have given them 5. I missed the delivery driver as my doctor mentioned I may have missed the window for the prescription to be picked up, so I wasn't expecting a delivery. However, the driver arrived when I was in the backyard and missed him. I called Braehead the next morning to explain this, and Cameron informed me that the prescription was on the shelf. I was pleased and prepared to go pick it up. Upon arriving at the chemist, I was told that it had been put onto the van by mistake. This error was not the driver's fault but a shelving mistake. The chemist contacted the driver, who was only 20 minutes away from my location. I waited for 40 minutes and then called the chemist back. Just as I did, the driver appeared.

As a taxi driver myself, I understand traffic delays, but what frustrated me was that Cameron had assured me the prescription was in-store. I also had a booking at 1 PM that I had to pass on to another driver. While I appreciate the delivery service, I am more than willing to pick up my items if that ensures a smoother process for all parties involved.

Left a 99-year-old without her medication. I was assured they would be delivered on the day they were due and told they would arrive at 6 pm. When they didn't show up, I called only to discover that they had closed.

I must say, I was quite impressed with the service provided by Braehead Pharmacy. Typically, I would pick up my prescriptions myself, but on the 15th of December, it seems the delivery driver attempted to drop off my order when I wasn't at home. Upon contacting them to arrange a pick-up, to my surprise, at 5:55 PM on the same day, the driver went out of their way to personally deliver my prescription to my doorstep.

I imagine this gesture was done on their own time, and I truly appreciate the extra effort. Wishing the entire team, and especially the dedicated driver, a joyous Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

The staff at this pharmacy are just lovely! They are always so helpful and friendly. I usually pick up my prescriptions from my doctor's office, but it's so convenient that they also offer delivery services. There have been a few times when I forgot to reorder my medication, but they always make sure I have enough to last me. And if I happen to miss a delivery, they're quick to reschedule it for the same day when I give them a call. Top-notch service all around!

My consultant forwarded my prescription straight to them, and they dispatched it to me almost immediately. Even before I had the opportunity to ring up and pay! Quite extraordinary and greatly appreciated as I was running a bit low. When I phoned to settle the payment (actually before they were open), both ladies I spoke to were absolutely delightful! Thank you ever so much! I would highly recommend them.
