AVOID THIS PLACE, FIND ANOTHER OPTION. The personnel at this establishment are truly the most impolite individuals I have ever encountered, their behavior was so disrespectful I have not returned since. Take a gander at the image of three identical jars of honey, one is priced almost double compared to the other two, prominently showcased right by the cash register, that's how clueless these employees are. Hopefully, the situation has been rectified by now, considering this is a pharmacy, not a produce market.

The staff at this establishment were not just unhelpful, but they seemed to be actively dissuading customers from participating in the smoking cessation program. This goes against the ethos of a pharmacy, in my opinion. As a result, I do not plan on returning to this place.

Just dreadful, really. I found myself waiting for a good 40 minutes for some basic antibiotics on a peaceful Sunday morning. There were at least 10 staff members present, yet all that was required was to fetch a packet of pills from the shelf. Then, this chap sauntered in and stood at the counter, offering a polite greeting that was blatantly ignored. He caught my eye and I could only mutter in agreement, "Tell me about it, old chap."

The team at this pharmacy is always so welcoming, even though it can get quite busy at times. I must say, Karen is an absolute gem when it comes to assisting with gluten-free orders.

My missus was asked to return in an hour for a couple of prescriptions. They couldn't provide one of the items. The cheeky pharmacist told me to bugger off elsewhere when I raised a complaint. Quite rude, if you ask me.

I had a very negative experience at the pharmacy recently. The older woman with yellowish blonde hair who was supposed to assist me completely ignored me and behaved rudely and unprofessionally at the checkout counter, as she shouted at another colleague. It was shocking to witness the way she spoke to this younger staff member, saying "I told you to leave! Get out, we don't need you here" in front of all the customers in the store. It is unacceptable for an employee in a pharmacy to treat their coworkers in such a humiliating and disrespectful manner, especially in front of others.

Previous reviews pretty much sum it up. The staff here are unsympathetic and unapologetic, making you wait if you question why they couldn't get your repeat prescription, not once but twice. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the health board and urge others to do the same, as it's clear that my experience is not at all uncommon. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
