Pharmacy open late seven days a week. It's a tad snug inside for big wheelchairs and there's sometimes clueless parkers outside.

It was quite a challenge to get through on the phone, but I understand that the pharmacy is very understaffed. The team there is extremely busy and rushed off their feet trying to keep up with everything. So, it's important to be patient and understanding when they finally do answer your call.

If I could render no stars to this pharmacy, I surely would. This is hands down the most dreadful pharmacy I've ever encountered. Regrettably, I find myself in a situation where I must visit this pharmacy on a weekly basis, and nearly every week there arises some complication. As I approach the doors, anxiety sets in because I anticipate being presented with yet another excuse for their failure to provide the expected service.

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster. You hand in your prescriptions and return four days later only to find out that they have misplaced it not once, but twice now. You wait for at least 20 minutes hoping they will locate your prescription, only to be met by a rude and unprofessional staff member named "Kelly" who is a complete disgrace to customer service. She is cheeky and disrespectful, even suggesting you find another pharmacy if you're not satisfied. The pharmacy itself is in a terrible state and should probably be closed down. If you didn't have high blood pressure before walking in, you certainly will by the time you leave. That employee should find a job that doesn't involve interacting with the public, as she is a truly unpleasant individual. 😡
