I wouldn't bother if you're looking for a flu shot, they're out of stock and unlikely to get more.

I must say I was completely appalled when I went to pick up my medication prescription. The attendant took about 15 minutes and couldn't locate it, then proceeded to loudly inquire if it was for 30 mg. I was absolutely horrified as this information is supposed to be confidential, and I certainly didn't want anyone in the store knowing my address and what medication I was taking. Being a local and knowing many people in the area, even a fellow customer remarked that the attendant seemed to be in a bad mood. She was a larger young lady, sweating profusely, and appeared to be inexperienced as her face was unfamiliar to me. It seems she could benefit from more training in handling confidential information properly. It was a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience for me, especially since I am on medication that should remain private. Shouting across the shop like that was really not appropriate and the situation needs to be addressed.

I have frequented this pharmacy in the past and always found the service to be top-notch. However, my recent visit yesterday afternoon around 2pm left much to be desired. The lady working behind the counter was incredibly rude. It seemed as though every task was a burden for her, and she didn't even bother to acknowledge me with a simple hello.

Utterly pointless, they hardly ever pick up the phone when you call, take an eternity to dispense your medication, and are extremely sluggish at locating it once it's in stock.

I have been using this Pharmacy ever since it first opened, and I must say, it has truly been a top-notch experience. I have given it a five-star rating without hesitation. The service I have received has been absolutely fantastic. Not only do I get my flu jabs before my GP even mentions it, but my medications are always organized neatly in trays. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any issues that may arise due to changes in my medication. I cannot recommend this Pharmacy highly enough – it's simply wonderful.

Great service! I called in to get travel vaccinations and was able to book an appointment for the very next day. They only provided me with what was necessary and at a reasonable price.

I have phoned 111 twice now seeking a referral for prescription medication from this pharmacy, and on both occasions, I have been denied by the pharmacist without him even examining the medication I require! I find it rather careless of him! I would not suggest utilizing this pharmacy for anything!

It's quite unfortunate that I have to visit this pharmacy as it's the nearest one to my home. As a Colombian whose native language is Spanish, I find it disappointing how the staff here seem annoyed and displeased with me for not speaking English fluently. Whenever I interact with the older woman who assists me, her attitude and gestures reflect a clear disdain. The behavior of a single employee can tarnish the reputation of the whole establishment. I intend to file a complaint with the pharmacy management as this experience has been very unpleasant.

I must say, the medical professionals at this pharmacy are top-notch, but the non-medical staff could use some retraining in manners. It seems they always have trouble finding prescriptions that should be filed alphabetically. The way they speak to customers is rather unpleasant, and it goes against the idea of a compassionate profession. Treating customers with respect should be a priority.
