Don't forget to pick up any missing toiletries at the supermarket... it's a shame not all customers are treated equally.... There are some lovely staff members who are very helpful and kind.

It ain't right to make sweeping generalizations, but this pharmacy is in quite a mess and the service is rather dreadful. My folks' prescriptions have gone missing twice in the past six months, leading to delays and missed medications. The pharmacists themselves are okay, but they seem swamped with work - hence the errors. The team appears fairly inexperienced, unsure of their tasks, and the stern-faced lady at the counter is quite rude and unpleasant. Definitely not the standard of service one would anticipate from a pharmacy.

I must say, my experience at the pharmacy for passport photos was rather disappointing. On three separate occasions, I ventured there only to encounter various obstacles. The first two visits were thwarted by a full memory card on their equipment, with a suggestion to return the following week. On my third attempt, I was told they were busy and asked to return in two hours. The customer service left much to be desired, prompting thoughts of utilizing the photo machine at Tesco instead, although it may not cater to children's specific needs.

After five years of patronizing this pharmacy, I've decided to make the switch to Boots. I never feel welcomed here; no one smiles, and today, I was treated quite rudely. When I expressed my concerns to a senior staff member, they simply brushed them off. In contrast, Boots has always been friendly and eager to assist me. Moving forward, I'll be visiting them instead. Very disappointed with my experience at this establishment.
