I must say, I had a rather disappointing experience with my pharmacist at the Creiff Davidson’s Branch today. After explaining my personal issues concerning my consent to access my care plan and contact details, I was informed that I would not be receiving my medication for the day. I have filed a formal complaint with the head office regarding the lack of service from both my pharmacist and my service provider. It is truly appalling that as a caregiver within your company, you would disconnect the call on a service user and vulnerable adult who urgently needs treatment for mental health issues and other conditions outlined in my consent forms and treatment plan. I trust that you can rest assured that your actions as a “professional pharmacist and caregiver” have resulted in a failure to fulfill your legal obligations to provide me, someone who may be unstable and at times suicidal, with care and treatment. Your negligence today warrants removal from the register, and I sincerely hope that you and your company reconsider your approach to providing care. If I am still here, in the most forgiving sense of the word, you will be hearing from me and my lawyer. Gemma Diane Blackley.
