The elderly manager should undergo some medication therapy and not be entrusted with the responsibility of handling life-saving medications for others. Her behavior is utterly unprofessional and impolite, seemingly stemming from her advanced age and a misguided belief that it gives her the right to demean individuals struggling with mental health issues. Moreover, she has been caught in multiple lies and attempted to deceive bystanders who overheard her conversations. It's evident that she is mentally incapable and unsuitable for her current position. By subjecting both the staff and customers to potential harm due to her emotional outbursts aimed at patients, she is jeopardizing safety within the premises.

All the staff at this pharmacy are absolutely fantastic - well-spoken, polite, friendly, and caring. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of when something goes awry. The pharmacy itself is kept immaculately clean. I absolutely adore it!

I recently visited Boots to pick up my prescription that I had submitted two weeks ago at the pharmacy counter. The same girl who assisted me today had informed me at the time to return in 7 days. However, to my disappointment, when I went back after two weeks, there was no prescription ready for me, as is often the case. This happens every time I submit a prescription, and I am left wondering if they actually work on them or simply pretend to do so. I informed the girl at the counter that I had handed it in to her two weeks ago and was told to come back for it, but she shifted the blame to my doctor.

Feeling frustrated, I left the shop and called my doctor's office. Surprisingly, Boots had already contacted them, claiming that someone else had handed in the prescription weeks ago and it was not there. This accusation is entirely false, as I personally submitted the prescription at the pharmacy. It makes no sense for me to claim someone else handed it in to the doctors. The customer service provided by the girl at the desk was shocking; she was rude and dismissive, despite the importance of my medication to me. She did not seem to care at all.
