Absolutely shocking. The staff is not only useless and rude, but when filling a prescription a week in advance, they can't be bothered to retrieve the prescription. We dropped off the prescription last Friday and when we went to pick it up, we were told it wasn't ready. I called the doctors and they said it was ready for pickup on Friday (today), they proceeded to retrieve the prescription and told me they hadn't actually retrieved it yet and would do so next week on Tuesday. We've been back and forth only to be told that they have it and that we shouldn't bother picking it up. The place is a joke, the staff is lazy except for one. Perhaps all but one of the staff members need to learn how to be polite to the customers coming in. No wonder no one picks up their prescriptions here. We will go back to using Boots again.

I got the flu shot and the COVID shot at the same time, no problem. My appointment was at 10:10.
I arrived at 10:00, lots of people with appointments within 5 minutes of each other. I didn't get seen until 10:40 and it literally took me 3 minutes to receive both shots. Where did the time go, eh?
