I must say, this blog about Pharmacy is rather nippy! The information provided is top-notch and truly helpful. Keep up the good work!

I've had the pleasure of interacting with two pharmacists in the last year, and I must say, they both took the time to carefully listen to my health concerns and offered valuable assistance. It can be quite challenging to find healthcare professionals who truly listen and empathize with you, so encountering pharmacists with such a compassionate approach is truly commendable. They deserve a solid 5-star rating just for their excellent bedside manner alone.

I must say, my local pharmacy is an absolute gem! A few days before Christmas, I had a terrible abscess and they were so kind and caring in helping me. They provided me with some treatments for the inflammation and even assisted me in contacting the emergency dental hospital. From there, I was referred to the Royal and eventually to St John's in Livingston. I ended up staying there for a couple of days and received fluids, antibiotics, steroids, and a week-long course of strong antibiotics. Thanks to their help, I was able to enjoy my Christmas dinner in the end. A real lifesaver, they were!

The team at this pharmacy was so helpful and non-judgmental - I'm thrilled I made the switch after a horrible experience somewhere else (non L&g). Discovering a pharmacy where you're not met with "the look" when collecting certain prescriptions is just fantastic.
Victoria Parker (22/06/2025, 21:28):
I recall Mr. Smith, and Mr. Gilchrist next door, who were absolutely fantastic 🌟 ...
Jerry Reynolds (15/06/2025, 11:31):
I found myself in a situation where I had to wait for a whole hour just to enter the pharmacy. Once inside, I was informed that the prescription I had submitted 15 days prior would still take another hour to be ready if I chose to wait. This was, without a doubt, the most dreadful experience I've had with pharmacy staff in Edinburgh.
Sara Walker (12/06/2025, 04:49):

The pharmacy is a lovely spot, with helpful staff and a wheelchair-accessible setup. It's conveniently located within walking distance of local shops, the library, and residential areas.
Jerry Gonzalez (09/06/2025, 23:11):
The response time is quite slow, and there are often long waiting periods. Sometimes the medication is not available within the agreed upon timeframe.
Emma Williams (03/06/2025, 08:52):
My medication didn't arrive today as scheduled, and now, thanks to Craig Miller pharmacy, I am without my epilepsy medication for tonight. I need to know where in the world they are. This is absolutely unacceptable. I require my medication today.
Mia Richardson (31/05/2025, 21:11):
Top-notch service, I must say.
Helen Howard (27/05/2025, 19:06):
The staff at this pharmacy is truly friendly and welcoming, and the best part is there is almost no waiting time at all. It's always a pleasant experience to visit this pharmacy!
Peter Morgan (20/05/2025, 04:03):
