If I was able to give them zero stars, that's what they would get. The staff completely disregard you, and when they do bother to talk, they are incredibly impolite. You receive a text message saying your prescription is prepared, but once you arrive, you end up standing in line for almost an hour only to find out your prescription isn't actually ready, and you have to wait another 20 minutes for it to be filled. There's no use in calling in advance to inquire because no one ever picks up the phone anyways.

I popped in to collect my child's asthma prescription and ended up waiting for ten minutes. I caught one of the staff members saying, "It's all chaos here - we have no proper system in place."

It's now October 30th, 2023, and still no sign of that text. Quite disappointing, I must say!

This establishment is quite appalling with the excessively long waiting times and incredibly long queues that often extend out the door. Refill orders are frequently delayed, and attempting to contact them to check on the status is often met with no response. While inside the store, it appears that the staff have little organization for assisting customers and instead prefer to spend their time chatting amongst themselves. It would be more beneficial to visit another pharmacy that provides genuine assistance.

I must say, this pharmacy is top-notch in all aspects. However, I was utterly dismayed to witness the staff neglecting to remind customers to wear masks. To top it off, one of the employees was engaging in a conversation with someone in the queue, standing just 50cm away, and neither of them were wearing masks! I had hoped that they would be on the forefront in supporting the NHS, rather than acting against their efforts. Truly disappointing.
