I must say, the service provided by this pharmacy was quite dreadful. The receptionist showed a complete lack of interest in my symptoms and concerns. After waiting for almost 3 hours, my minor issues were finally addressed by the pharmacist, who was not only disrespectful but also rude. He offered to assist me without even bothering to review the filled form. Quite an unprofessional experience, I must say.

I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy staff. Last Sunday, my 4-year-old daughter was in severe pain and we urgently needed her medicine. We quickly searched on Google for an open pharmacy and rushed all the way from Rutherglen to the Asda pharmacy. The first gate was about to close at 6 pm, so they refused to let us in from that side. We managed to reach the pharmacy counter before 6 pm, but nobody was there. A guy was waiting to turn the clock to 6 pm, and when he finally appeared behind the counter, he told us they were closed. We pleaded with him, explaining that we had been there before closing time and that my daughter was in a lot of pain, but he didn't listen. When we went to customer care for help, they were also unable to assist us.

Absolutely dreadful experience at the pharmacy. I have been either completely ignored, told that my prescription wasn't available when it actually was, or informed that an item was out of stock only for it to magically appear later. However, I still had to wait again for it to be prepared.

I would give this pharmacy absolutely zero stars if possible. What a complete joke of a pharmacy. I requested to speak with a pharmacist and was told to return in 1.5 hours? I explained I was working and they suggested I go have a coffee or return after work? What if it had been a medical emergency and the pharmacist refused to attend to me? Then, I was accused of fabricating information about my past prescriptions with them even though everything is clearly documented. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and inflexible. Waiting to see a pharmacist is understandable, but 1.5 hours, really? It is evident that this pharmacy has significant issues based on other reviews. I certainly won't be returning!

Deserves not even a single star. I arrived at the pharmacy at 16:10 to collect my medication, only to be informed that the doctor was on his lunch break, with two ladies behind the counter at that time.

This pharmacy in the East End is the absolute worst, with no regard for their stated opening hours. Prescriptions go missing, next-day pick-ups turn into three-day waits, and customers are told to find another pharmacy if they can't deal with the delays.

The lack of professionalism in this establishment is evident from the feedback left by customers. Today, on a Friday before the weekend, I was informed that they couldn't say for certain when they would open or close, or when they would take breaks. When I requested my prescription back, I was refused, as one of the ladies mentioned they were only there to inform customers of their lunch break at 16:10.
