I had a rather unpleasant experience at the pharmacy today. The lady at the counter came across as quite condescending and abrasive. Although I didn't catch her name, she was noticeably smaller in size compared to the other staff members. Throughout our interaction, she made me feel like I was interrupting her and unwelcome. I must say, the service was quite disappointing.

These wonderful ladies are simply brilliant. They've navigated through the retirement of the pharmacist, a change in ownership, a complete refurbishment, and even the challenges brought by Covid-19 in recent years. However, they are now facing shortages of supplies due to the impact of Brexit. This small pharmacy is my sanctuary in difficult times. To me, they are like heavenly angels on Earth and deserve to be cherished as such.

I've never come across a service like this before. The service is old-fashioned, rigid, quite unyielding, and the two Indian ladies were rather impolite. Upon calling for assistance, they redirected me to a different pharmacy. When I requested to speak with the manager, it seemed like everyone there was a manager.
