They are always so lovely and as efficient as they can be when it's busy. I really appreciate that they will be open for a short time on Christmas day, and so on. Very convenient and close to other amenities.

The service at this pharmacy is dreadfully slow, with staff always busy chatting among themselves. I had to wait for a very long time with my little one. This seems to be a recurring issue, and they really need to work on improving their customer service.

I would rate this pharmacy lower if I could. I feel like they are calling me a liar because their driver is supposed to be trustworthy, so why would he lie? The driver was supposed to deliver my prescription to the door, but when he saw my brother working in the garden, he refused to give him the items because they were not addressed to him. After confirming the correct name, the driver left the items on the stump at the end of the garden by the street for my brother to collect. When I called today to ask about my prescription, I was told that it had been cancelled because the driver had been bitten (even though my brother had already collected the items left outside). They claimed that what I was saying was untrue because they hadn't seen it themselves, but they could confirm that their driver was telling the truth even though they weren't there.

To make matters worse, I was hung up on and had to call back. The first woman I spoke to had absolutely no customer service skills, she was shouting and talking over me whenever I tried to speak. She continued to shout and denied being rude when I asked to speak to a manager. Finally, I spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager but showed no interest in helping and was also rude, insisting that an incident I witnessed didn't happen, even though I saw and heard it myself. Now, as a vulnerable person who relies on medication deliveries, I am left without my necessary medication. I am utterly appalled by the service I have received, from the prescription pills being left on the street to the lies and the disrespectful treatment I experienced.

The pharmacist at the Darnley shop is quite haughty and believes she can handle people however she likes. If you don't comply with her, she'll suggest you stay away from the pharmacy. Customers are now required to sign for their medication, even though it's not a legal necessity. Your information is recorded on a single sheet of paper available for all staff to view, only being destroyed once the sheet is full.

This treatment of customers is unacceptable, especially as you already confirm your details when collecting the medication. Who else has access to these signatures and what security measures are in place to prevent information theft? They should bear in mind that it's the customers who keep them employed and should show better respect.

It might be better to avoid this establishment.

Absolutely dreadful. If you fancy having your prescriptions misplaced, not delivered, unordered, or lacking vital items... then this establishment is the one for you!

If that's not the case, I highly recommend seeking out a professional who can actually deliver a quality service.

The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely brilliant, treating everyone equally and always willing to go the extra mile. When it's not busy, they're great for a chat. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all, especially if you can't get there yourself as they offer delivery. Just a very satisfied customer here, not affiliated with them in any way, but I have to say the staff truly shine and do their company proud.
