What a complete mess of a pharmacy, always quick to point fingers at the doctor's office, which I've never had a problem with in over 30 years!
Angela Fisher (27/06/2025, 05:42):
I had a dreadful experience at the pharmacy when they misplaced my son's ADHD medication prescription and claimed it was at the GPS. I had to retrieve the new prescription from the GPS, only to be informed of a 40-minute wait, followed by the news that they needed to order it for the next morning. When I returned this afternoon to pick it up, I was rudely informed that I couldn't receive it because the pharmacist was entitled to a lunch break. Despite explaining that they had lost the prescription and my son urgently required his medication, the pharmacist dismissively stated it wasn't her problem and questioned my ability to read, referring to a notice about lunch breaks that had apparently been up for ages. The woman's behavior was extremely impolite and unprofessional. I am unable to go out to collect the medication as my son desperately needs it, especially considering they misplaced his prescription, not for the first time.

I've been a customer of Fenton's Chemist for many years now. The staff there have always been incredibly friendly and very understanding. My prescription includes a lot of medications, and sometimes some items aren't available on the same day. However, whenever I've asked, they've been able to order them for me and have them delivered the following day.

The service is excellent, and the delivery people are lovely, very friendly, and always make a fuss over my dogs. Even if I'm not home when they try to deliver, they'll come back without any issues. Sure, it's a small chemist with a lot of patients, so sometimes there might be a bit of a wait. But everything needs to be double-checked, so if you do end up waiting, it's part of their professional service. It's just not possible to stock every type of medication.

I've seen people yelling at the staff and being abusive, which is really unfair because the staff will go out of their way to help anyone. We're fortunate to have a chemist in Greenhills, especially considering that many shops have closed down. It would be a real problem if something happened to Fenton's.

I'm giving them five stars because they're extremely professional, and I'll keep on using Fenton's since they've taken care of my entire family during the 19 years we've lived here.

A marvelous pharmacy with a truly helpful and amiable staff. I've never encountered any problems with their medicine stock. During my last visit, the pharmacist went the extra mile by calling my doctor's office to clarify the status of my prescription. Such outstanding service is truly appreciated. It's a delightful establishment.
William Hamilton (18/06/2025, 14:11):
Always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra mile to assist you.
Ann Barnes (12/06/2025, 04:01):
The service was excellent with a wonderful staff. Everything was perfect.
Bruce Reyes (11/06/2025, 07:43):
This afternoon, I had a consultation with Danny because I couldn't reach my doctor's office all morning. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and I was so pleased that they were able to fit me in on the same day. Excellent service!
Terry Kim (10/06/2025, 21:49):
I must say, mate, I've been trying to reach the pharmacy a whopping 132 times in a single day just to get my prescription sorted! Can you believe it? And yet, I still couldn't get through! Absolutely bonkers, if you ask me!
Lawrence Ortiz (08/06/2025, 04:24):
I recently visited this pharmacy and encountered a member of staff who was exceptionally rude. Her attitude gave off the impression that she believed she owned the place. Not only was she disrespectful to a lady during my visit, but I have also witnessed her being rude to other customers on multiple occasions. It is my suggestion that she either undergoes training on how to be more pleasant towards customers or be dismissed from her position. Furthermore, prescriptions are often not prepared in a timely manner, despite being ordered well in advance.
Leonard Richardson (02/06/2025, 02:21):
The pharmacy team is simply marvelous, always so delightful and accommodating. I've never encountered any difficulties when picking up my prescription.
Allison Adams (01/06/2025, 01:40):
I've been trying to call all day about my prescription, but the line is always busy. It seems like they've taken it off the hook again. This chemist is a complete mess, definitely the worst in town.
Jonathan Flores (30/05/2025, 19:51):
They be shutting up shop afore the proper closing hour and not letting in folks who just be poppin' by to pick up their prescriptions. Not the way to be runnin' a pharmacy or a business, I tell ya.
Cynthia Coleman (30/05/2025, 05:25):
What an absolute farce of a establishment. Prescription was issued on Monday and immediately dispatched to the chemist from the doctor's office. It is now Thursday at 5:41 PM and we have been waiting in the pharmacy since 4 PM for our medication, and shockingly, it still isn't ready.
Matthew Richardson (27/05/2025, 21:40):
I was at the pharmacy earlier today, waiting in line before lunchtime. The gentleman ahead of me handed in his prescription and was told it would be ready before they closed for lunch. When it was my turn, a different staff member with long black hair assisted me. I gave her my prescription and was informed to come back after lunch to collect it. I mentioned that the man before me was told it would be ready before lunch. She then accused me of behaving poorly and pointed her finger at me. I tried to explain again, and she asked the lady pharmacist if my prescription could be filled before lunch, to which she confirmed it could.
There was no justification for her pointing her finger at me and reprimanding me in that manner. I did not raise my voice at any point, and I believe this falls short of good customer service.
Harold Johnson (26/05/2025, 13:58):
I must say, the older blonde lady working at this establishment has a rather unpleasant demeanor. On multiple occasions, she has displayed a foul attitude, and most recently, she actually shouted at my son. Can you believe it? She even went so far as to claim she can see through walls! Needless to say, my poor boy is now quite traumatized by the whole ordeal.
John Gonzalez (23/05/2025, 00:28):
I recently had my prescription filled, only to find out that they had run out of stock after deducting the balance. It seems like they may have given it to someone else instead. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
Charlotte Clark (22/05/2025, 05:22):
The staff at this pharmacy is so welcoming and helpful! I always feel well taken care of whenever I visit.
William Richardson (20/05/2025, 00:01):
Outstanding service from all the folks at J P Fentons during several phone calls regarding our inquiries. Danny the chemist was top-notch, very professional and definitely made us feel comfortable. Much appreciated!
Kimberly Sanchez (17/05/2025, 13:51):
Unhelpful and confrontational customer service at the pharmacy.
Edward Gutierrez (17/05/2025, 01:58):
I visited me local chemist in E K and had a right slow experience, like. The staff were too busy chinwagging to serve us, ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes just to be told they didn't have the item in stock. Proper waste of time, mate.
