Great pharmacy, staff are very knowledgeable and the lead pharmacist is super friendly and approachable. The whole team is really helpful, I always go to them first before visiting my GP. They have assisted me countless times over the years.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Pulse Pharmacy today. I had to wait a full day for my weekly medication because Pulse forgot to request it until I arrived to pick it up. They then tried to shift the blame onto someone else. This has led me to give them a 1-star rating and I will never use their services again, even if it were a matter of life or death. In my opinion, they are the worst pharmacy in all of Kirky. Dispensing controlled medications in plastic snap bags is completely unacceptable. They should be closed down.

What a truly amazing pharmacy! The staff at Pulse Pharmacy are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to assist you. I've been to other pharmacies before, but none compare to the top-notch service at Pulse. Highly recommend!

Pulse Pharmacy might want to consider updating their holiday opening hours!

My missus has been suffering for 2 days, and only today she decided to ring NHS24. They promptly sent a prescription over to Pulse Pharmacy (Easter Monday) after checking the website and seeing that Pulse was supposed to be open! But upon arrival, it was shut tight! There wasn't even a sign explaining why. If NHS24 can't count on you, who can?

Now my wife is still in distress, back at square one on the NHS24 call queue trying to locate a different pharmacy!

Great team.. Always willing to help.. However, they only allow one person inside at a time, so if someone is there picking up meds, you may have to wait a while.

I had a dreadful experience overhearing a conversation between my mother and one of the ladies at the chemist. My mother voiced her concerns to the manager, only to be told, "I haven't got time for this discussion." This left my mother feeling upset and ignored. I decided to call the chemist myself, but when I requested to speak to the manager regarding the conversation with my mother, the lady on the phone laughed. The manager defended his actions and didn't show any willingness to apologize. He even described my mother as having "gone off on" his colleague. His behavior was utterly unprofessional and distasteful. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
