The management at this pharmacy is truly dreadful, with absolutely no customer service to speak of. It's like they're playing a game with you, bouncing you around like a football. I went there to pick up medicine for my pregnant wife during a snowstorm. The lady working there gave me only half of the medicine and sent me home. When I contacted my GP, they advised me that the pharmacy should have given me all the medicine because they had it in stock. I had to trek all the way back and ask the same lady to please give me the remaining medicine for my wife. Instead of apologizing, she rudely claimed they didn't have it and suggested I go back to my GP. Even when I showed her the prescription with the full list of medicines, she continued to argue and insisted they were out of stock. The male staff member started spouting nonsense as well. The entire staff is incredibly unprofessional. The medicine was right in front of their eyes, yet they couldn't be bothered to provide proper service. It was a complete hassle dealing with them, with no apologies and even some mockery thrown in. I can't stress enough how terrible their attitude and service are.

Rightdose? That's a joke - they hardly ever get it right. High staff turnover, unprofessional behavior. I've switched to another service. (And please don't tell me you don't know me, I've been a customer for 5 years)

I've been going to this pharmacy for years, but today when I went to pick up my prescription, I encountered unhelpful and unprofessional staff who completely violated patient confidentiality. It seems there are new staff members, as it used to be a very professional and helpful pharmacy. I will definitely not be returning after this experience.

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to the staff. They're incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient.
One minor issue I have is that, due to my mobility issues, I sometimes struggle to find nearby parking with my blue badge when I'm in too much pain to walk. It would definitely improve the experience if this was easier, but I understand it's not really the pharmacy's responsibility.
I also appreciate the option to have my medication delivered. One suggestion I would make for this service is to provide a 2-hour delivery slot via text to ensure someone is home to receive the medication.

I recently had the pleasure of having Mazena administer travel vaccines for my family. She was kind, knowledgeable, and gentle with the administration, even making time for us on her day off. The process was straightforward and pleasant. The pharmacy staff, including the manager Nayab, are all lovely and provide trustworthy healthcare advice and prescription services. A great team that I can rely on completely.
