I gotta say, the way Pharmacy is run is a bit dodgy. They promise to pop your meds in the robot for pickup on Friday, but then they leave you hanging all weekend, waiting for a text that never arrives. This has happened to me thrice now. The new employees took my info over the phone and assured me they'd load my meds into the robot, so there I sat twiddling my thumbs, only for no code to show up for the Robot. What's the point of having a robot if it doesn't work? Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to give them a ring. The manager at Stepps really needs to school their team better because these delays in getting medication are a right pain in the neck.

The front desk lasses are always cheerful and have a lovely attitude, even when tackling tough situations.

There's no better pharmacy in Stepps, would recommend to everyone without hesitation.

The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely top-notch! They are incredibly friendly and always ready to go the extra mile for you. I saw them providing first aid to an elderly patient who had fallen, as well as assisting patients with large prescriptions to their vehicles.

Despite facing abuse from patients due to misinformation from GPs and entitlement issues, they handle it with grace and professionalism.

I had a bit of a bother with the pharmacy I usually go to at Boots in Fort Glasgow. I gave Stepps a ring, and Lyndsay promptly took care of all my daughter's recurring prescriptions. My daughter has autism and learning disabilities, so it was a huge relief to have everything sorted out quickly. Lyndsay was absolutely lovely and super helpful. The atmosphere at the store was really pleasant, and everyone was friendly when I went to pick up the medications.
