I had an appointment for travel vaccinations at this pharmacy. I arrived promptly at 10am, only to be informed that there was a double booking and I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes. This lack of organization does not reflect a professional service. Additionally, parking in the surrounding area is limited and strictly monitored, so it's essential that appointments are scheduled accurately. Furthermore, the lack of a proper waiting area was disappointing.

I attempted to contact the pharmacy several times before deciding to visit in person, as they were promoting Fit to Fly Covid tests with same-day results for £75. However, upon arriving at the pharmacy, I discovered that the actual cost was £100 just for the testing kit, with an additional fee for administering the test and no guarantee of same-day results. It is disappointing that they would mislead customers with false advertising. Based on previous reviews, it seems like this establishment is deceiving honest individuals out of their money. Truly a disgrace.

I was in a bit of a pickle when the new regulations required me to get a Covid test the day before my flight to the USA, especially since my original test appointment had to be canceled as the pharmacy wasn't offering tests on Saturdays. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Reach Pharmacy online and managed to schedule a test for that Saturday. The service was top-notch, and I received my results promptly. Plus, there was ample parking nearby, so it was convenient to drive to the pharmacy, get tested, and head straight to the airport for our overnight stay before catching an early morning flight. Great experience overall!

This establishment is unsuitable for conducting nucleic acid testing required for travel back to China (within 48 hours of departure) due to several reasons:
1. The website's setup is flawed, making it impossible to locate the N protein detection option.
2. Pharmacies do not offer nucleic acid testing services, forcing me to seek alternative locations (they even suggested public restrooms nearby for testing...)
3. The test results are egregiously delayed. It has been three days, and I am still awaiting any updates (it's vital to plan ahead to avoid last-minute complications).
4. The personnel lacks comprehension of the nucleic acid testing procedure. When inquired about additional requirements aside from the samples, they appeared perplexed.
5. I constantly receive promotional emails in my inbox...
