I typically worked as a pharmacist back in the day

The attitudes in this establishment are absolutely dreadful! Every time I ask them to have my prescriptions ready for the next day, they are never prepared until after 4 pm. This is the only pharmacy in all of Greenock that can't manage to dispense a prescription within 15 minutes! It's so frustrating when they claim the prescription hasn't been collected, only to call the doctor's office and find out that they actually did. Another excruciatingly long day spent waiting for them to finally get moving on the painkillers that my husband has been relying on for the past 5 years. This place is a complete joke.

Martin the pharmacist is a brilliant little fellow who informed me of my situation and his expectations, so in my opinion, he's a really good guy.

A chemist with the efficiency of a chocolate teapot at times. Depending on the day, the staff can be hit or miss. While some employees are helpful, the majority seem to have poor attitudes and we've experienced lengthy waits for much-needed medication. It feels like they have the ability to assist but choose not to. We've never encountered such poor customer service from any other establishment. However, the two delivery personnel are exceptional - no complaints there. We wouldn't choose to use this chemist if we had a choice, but we've always resided in the east end. A word of advice, folks: perhaps reconsider a career in medicine if compassion is not in your skill set (which seems to be the case for some, haha).
