Terrible experience. The handling of repeat prescriptions was chaotic. They would ask for them, then shift the blame to the surgery. If they sent 28 tablets 5 days late, you'd expect the next batch to arrive five days earlier, but no. Despite my efforts to compensate for their delays, the repeat date would magically jump to delivery date + 28 days, leaving me short for those missing 5 days. Add up those losses over time, and it's just frustrating! The in-store staff were impolite face-to-face and aggressive and defensive on the phone. Overall, a truly dreadful ordeal.

Ever since Rowlands took charge, I've never gotten my prescription in full. No shortage slip to indicate missing items or a copy of my repeat prescription has been received either. They are an absolute mess; it's hard to believe they have a handle on their stock control. In my personal experience, it seems they're unsure of what medication has been dispensed to me. Considering they deal with controlled substances, there should be a comprehensive and traceable inventory in place.

They attribute all the mistakes to the doctor's office or the constant rotation of different pharmacists at the store. The staff can be quite impolite, except for one individual who was there back when it was Lloyds – she is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.
