Just stopped by Kerr the Pharmacist on recommendation from me doctor to get checked for a possible ear infection. The service was fantastic as he prescribed an ear spray with an antibiotic and steroid to treat the infection. It's great not having to wait in a long queue at the doctor's office, and I was seen promptly and efficiently!

I popped into Stewarton Pharmacy the other day after dealing with a terribly sore throat for 3 days. Kerr, the Pharmacist, was absolutely fantastic and identified it as tonsillitis right away. He prescribed antibiotics on the spot and I'm feeling 100 times better already. I highly recommend this place.

All of the ladies assisting at the counter are delightful and incredibly helpful, but the male pharmacist is terribly rude! He completely ignored me and instead sent the ladies back and forth to converse with me, rather than addressing me directly. I eventually went to Boots Chemist where they promptly resolved my issue!

Absolutely dreadful experience. I informed my partner just 5 minutes before closing that her prescription was ready, but by then it was too late. She required her medication urgently for the weekend, but now she must go without. This pharmacy consistently fails to meet our needs, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It is unacceptable for a doctor's surgery to rely on such unreliable services. They should feel ashamed for letting down the community in this way. The text notifying us about the prescription came at 12:27, and they closed at 12:30. This level of service is simply not good enough.
