Absolutely dreadful, I must say. Ever since the lovely folks at Lloyd's Pharmacy took over, it has gone completely downhill. The staff are rude and utterly inept. I cannot fathom why it takes them so long to fill a simple prescription, and even when they supposedly have it ready, they struggle to locate it. I bid adieu to Lloyd's a while back, and now I shall steer clear of Knights Pharmacy as well. My heart goes out to the original employees who now have to contend with this chaos, especially considering how smoothly things ran before. It's such a pity, really, given its convenient location for many folks who have now abandoned it.

I must say, the team at this pharmacy is top-notch - professional, skilled, supportive, compassionate, and welcoming.

Although I could easily go to a nearby pharmacy, I prefer to make the journey to Newbridge for my medications.

I have seen some individuals being incredibly rude to the staff, which was completely uncalled for. Yet, the team remains calm and maintains their professionalism. I truly admire and appreciate them, and I apologize on behalf of those lacking basic manners in our society.

Poor old pharmacy, I must say. The staff there have a rather snooty attitude, looking down their noses at you and treating customers quite poorly. It's been a proper downhill slide for this pharmacy since the change, I must say.

My daughter picked up my son's prescription from the Pharmacy, and inside was a bill for £41 for one of the items. I could tell what they were insinuating, that the medication is costly. This particular medication is prescribed by a renowned neurology professor and is crucial in reducing the duration of seizures, so it is extremely important and cannot be missed.

The next month: The receptionist informed my partner, who went to pick up our son's medication, that the prescription wasn't ready, despite me having called the GP surgery the day before to confirm its availability. I requested to speak with the pharmacist because two of the items were urgently needed that night.

She remarked, "Look! You can purchase this item yourself from Holland and Barrett (it's an amino acid, so she wasn't incorrect)." However, she failed to consider that he frequently stays in the hospital and sometimes requires respite care, where only prescribed medications with a pharmacist's instruction label are administered. She made me feel guilty to the point where I agreed to buy it but asked them to dispense it every six months specifically for hospital and respite use.

I shouldn't have been made to feel this way. That's why I feel compelled to recount this unpleasant experience and give a low rating.
