I've been using the local pharmacy for over a decade now. Ever since Porter took charge from Lloyds, the changes have been huge. I really hope they can keep up the good work.

The store layout has been revamped and it almost feels like the shop has expanded. There's so much more room, and the whole vibe is more professional and orderly the moment you step inside.

They offer a 24-hour service for prescription pick-ups - I've just signed up for it, so looking forward to giving it a go. I can't say for certain if they have more staff now compared to when Lloyds was in charge, but the employees seem less stressed and the dispensary area is much calmer and more organized.
