Kathryn Adams (30/07/2025, 15:36):
I found what I was looking for quite easily, but there are hardly any cash registers accepting physical money. It's quite short-sighted of Tesco, considering that there are individuals in our society, for various reasons, who must depend on and transact in cash.
Douglas Ortiz (30/07/2025, 12:30):
I was quite miffed when I couldn't find any proper British chicken for me stir fry, so I settled for some British turkey slices instead. It's a bit baffling why most of Tesco's chicken comes from Thailand and various European countries, innit?
Matthew Green (30/07/2025, 01:44):
Purchased a lovely bouquet of flowers for the missus last Friday, only to find them wilted by Sunday. I'm a regular customer but if this is the standard they're putting out, I might have to reconsider my future purchases. Quite a shambles, if you ask me!
Rachel Adams (23/07/2025, 20:27):
The finest spot to discover "Apologies, Temporary Out of Stock" stickers, no matter the season. Cheers!
Paul Wilson (23/07/2025, 03:56):
Could you kindly request your team to refrain from appearing so disgruntled when fulfilling their duties? The gentleman with the blonde hair at the self-service checkout gave me a rather disdainful look as he had to scan his card on the machine. Apologies if our interaction disrupted your discussion about those pricey trainers you recently purchased. 🤷‍♂️...
Daniel Ward (22/07/2025, 07:28):
Great stock levels, always bustling but minimal queues at the self-checkout.
Stephen Reed (19/07/2025, 04:17):
Well, the prices are rather high on a fair few items. Just like other stores and supermarkets. The clothing selection is quite impressive, while the toy range is just average. The staff, however, are top-notch — really brilliant and super helpful. Cheers!
Dylan Parker (16/07/2025, 01:58):
The cashier was absolutely brilliant! We had forgotten our card number and had to call home, but she was super helpful. Well done Tesco in Bathgate!
Albert Anderson (15/07/2025, 06:21):
Whilst the store is consistently well-stocked, the condition of the ladies' restroom is simply dreadful! Only one faucet is functional, and the hand dryer might as well not be there. At the Wishaw location, there's a meticulous log of the last time the restrooms were cleaned. Bathgate could really benefit from implementing this!
Megan Richardson (12/07/2025, 14:00):
There ain't much to say about it, mate. Once you've been in one, you've been in 'em all.
Dennis Cooper (12/07/2025, 13:54):
Absolute rubbish experience at this supermarket, mate. The staff are right rude and couldn't care less about us customers. I tried to ask for help from a lass called Bethany Wood, and she just said it wasn't her job and buggered off. Won't be coming back here, that's for sure.
Evelyn Hill (10/07/2025, 01:26):
I'd steer clear of this supermarket if you plan on visiting during peak hours. The parking lot has a peculiar layout and tends to get jam-packed. Once you've made the turn into the parking lot, there's no turning back. I found myself trapped there for nearly forty minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon, and I had only stopped by for some fuel.
Cheryl Wright (05/07/2025, 02:38):
I popped into the market earlier and found no security chap at the entrance, just 3 young chaps loitering about. The cleaning spray for the trolleys was all used up, so I had to flag down one of the lads. They seemed more interested in goofing off than attending to their duties. It's a shame they don't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation.
Sophia Kim (03/07/2025, 13:42):
Great store! So many fantastic items for Christmas.
Henry Nguyen (01/07/2025, 22:43):
Oh, come on Tesco! If you're going to showcase products outside of pallets, at least have the decency to price them. Last year, a 10kg bag of coal was £3.99 and now it's ringing up as £8.50 at the checkout... Are you trying to hide something? And don't get me started on Rosie's Quality Street... Last Wednesday, it was £3.40 with the Clubcard discount, but today it's suddenly £5.00. We all know prices are going up, but really now, this is getting out of hand!
Joan Flores (01/07/2025, 08:00):
Most supermarkets these days seem to be filled with what they want you to purchase, rather than what you actually want to buy.
Helen Jackson (30/06/2025, 15:37):
Well, there are quite a few problems with this supermarket, I must say. For starters, there never seem to be enough staff members working the checkouts. Then, there's always spilled soup and ready meals lying around. The place is constantly a mess with cardboard strewn about. And don't even get me started on the dirty shelves, especially those milk shelves that are always covered in spilled milk.

You can bet your bottom dollar that you'll find frozen prawns mixed in with the fresh ones in the fridge. And let's not forget about the dozens of out-of-date products still sitting on the shelves – it's like the employees only bother to remove a few baskets each night. On top of all that, shopping there can really break the bank, if you ask me.
Catherine Lopez (30/06/2025, 04:24):
What a splendid emporium with a vast array of goods... It seems to be open most hours of the day, quite convenient!
Linda Russell (30/06/2025, 00:12):
This store is quite massive, boasting a great variety of products and top-notch customer service. They even have a convenient fuel station on site.
Gabriel Perry (29/06/2025, 20:38):
The store is quite large with wide aisles, and it can get a bit crowded during opening hours as they restock the shelves. Just be mindful of where you're walking with all the stock around. It seems like they need to work on their cleanliness and organization, as there's a lot of rubbish, cardboard, and cages scattered throughout the store.
