The lavatories inside Asda were an absolute travesty! On the 17th of October, no toilet roll was to be found, nor were there any hand towels available. The water flowing from the taps was scalding hot, resulting in my nephew nearly burning his hands (no warning sign indicating the temperature). Washing my own hands was nearly impossible due to the extreme heat. Upon leaving, even the cleaning stations lacked paper towels. Absolutely repulsive!

The food was absolutely delightful. However, the wait time for our order was simply ridiculous - 40 minutes for just one pizza! After 25 minutes had passed, I inquired about the status of our order and a lovely lady informed me that it was still in the oven. We patiently waited, only to eventually notice that our pizza was out on display with a slice missing. I went back to the counter and spoke with the same kind woman, but then had to deal with a rather pretentious gentleman (who seemed to have his nose perpetually up in the air). He attempted to shift the blame onto us, suggesting that since we had ordered one slice, that's why he took a slice. Yet, he never did bring it to our table.

I left feeling quite annoyed by the situation. Nonetheless, the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the majority of the staff, apart from the haughty gentleman, were lovely.

If any of the management happens to read this, I believe it would be beneficial to provide some customer service training to the aforementioned individual. It's important that he understands not to blame customers when he is clearly at fault!

What a shame. The store is in a right state, with goods scattered all over and tons of rubbish cluttering the shelves. A truly dreadful shopping ordeal. The prices certainly don't make up for the chaos – it's not even that affordable.

Just popped down to the shops for a quick grocery run and let me tell you, it was a bit of a bummer. The missus and I picked up three bags of essentials totaling £50, including some bits for our furry feline, but when I went to add a cheeky little can of cider to our basket, they wouldn't let me purchase it (can you believe it, just one measly 0.5l can!). We're both well over 27 years old, mind you. The kicker? I didn't have my ID on me (not like I was the one buying everything). Why on earth would I need to prove my age if I'm not the one making the purchase? Do they think I was planning to swipe the cider from my partner's stash and go on a bender with just one can?

Props to the staff for their logical thinking and customer-oriented approach though. Top-notch service all around.

Ordered some items for my dinner on Just Eat at 5pm, waited for a good 3 hours, and what do you know, they go ahead and cancel it with not even a word of explanation! Outrageous!

I have been shopping at this particular Asda for the past 7 years. Recently, I have noticed some changes that have made my shopping experience less enjoyable. Some items that were always stocked are now missing, and similar products are spread out across different aisles. It seems like they are trying to make customers spend more time in the store and buy more, but it only makes me feel frustrated as it takes longer to locate items. The prices have also gone up significantly compared to the quality of the products.

I think I will start shopping at Lidl, Morrison, or Sainsbury's instead. These stores seem to keep their stock in consistent locations, making it easier for customers to find what they need without spending 45 minutes searching and asking employees for help.

On a side note, I was shocked to be charged £4 for printing six pages of black and white text on regular A4 paper. This seems excessive and should cost closer to 60p to £1.

I hope that Asda can improve the placement of their items and address these issues.
