Neat little supermarket that's just right for picking up your daily must-haves and then some. The store is well-stocked for its size, and in my view - like all Morrisons stores - offers really competitive prices compared to other top supermarkets. It might be a bit tricky to track down certain fresh items that larger stores have, but it does a pretty good job with variety given its compact size. I'd definitely recommend it! +

Parking here is a breeze, and the fact that everything is on one floor is a huge plus for those with mobility issues. The team members are super friendly and always willing to assist.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, mate.

I popped into the market to grab some fresh fish today. I stood at the counter for a bit, observing the butcher working away with a machine, likely grinding some meat as he mixed it by hand in a white plastic container – perhaps crafting some burgers. After a few moments, I called out to him, inquiring if anyone was available to assist me as I felt I had been waiting a tad too long. He responded with, "Aye mate, it's just me," before swiftly wiping his hands off into the container to rid them of excess meat. Despite my initial hesitation, he was courteous and took my order for two slices of Angel Cut Haddock.

He proceeded to prepare the fish, laying out the plastic sheet used for wrapping on the scale. Before picking up my order, I hesitantly asked if he planned to wash his hands. Perplexed, he questioned what I meant, but I pressed further, raising concerns about potential cross-contamination. His rebuttal was, "It's raw food mate, no worries about cross-contamination with raw food." Nonetheless, I insisted on hand-washing, to which he begrudgingly complied.

Make of this what you will, but in my view, maintaining hygiene in a food preparation environment is crucial, and neglecting hand-washing is unsanitary – particularly when dealing with food. One would think a reputable company like Morrisons would have instilled basic hygiene practices in their employees. Utterly appalled!

I had a great time shopping at this place. I found everything I was looking for, all at fantastic prices, and the staff was just lovely.

I was absolutely flabbergasted by the supermarket I visited. The idea is to keep six feet apart, but in this store, there's no such thing. I live alone and have been isolating for weeks, relying on online shopping from your store. However, there are no floor markings, and people are constantly bumping into each other while wandering the same aisles. Even the staff - four young men - were huddled around a table chatting, blocking my way. There's no social distancing being enforced at all. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she simply said it's up to everyone to keep their distance. But how can we do that without clear guidance and rules in the store? Other stores have implemented measures to ensure safety, why can't this one? I felt incredibly vulnerable shopping there, even with a mask on.

I pop by every Friday evening to stock up on weekend essentials 🍺, and this supermarket seems to have everything I need about 9 times out of 10. It's no-nonsense, convenient, and always has what I'm looking for, so no complaints here. I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes!
Layla Cooper (25/04/2025, 17:53):
You can find all your daily essentials here, and they even stock some Asian and Indian food products.
Andrew Fisher (24/04/2025, 16:36):
Just popped into the local supermarket for some Scottish staples - plain bread and flat sausage. Great prices, spotless store, and speedy service. Gotta love stocking up on these essentials when visiting my old stomping grounds!
Deborah Myers (24/04/2025, 01:08):
The chicken they prepare here is absolutely delicious. I haven't been able to find it at the other Morrison's in town, only at this one. It's a shame they don't have a lot of Polish products though.
George Hall (23/04/2025, 12:44):
Even though it may be the smallest Morrisons in West Lothian, it still offers a unique selection, including hot food like chicken and pies.
Isabella Kim (23/04/2025, 02:45):
I always head to this spot for my weekly grocery run, the staff are lovely and welcoming. However, I find it quite peculiar that they charge a pound for a trolley when in every other Morrisons I've visited they're complimentary.

In this day and age, not everyone carries cash around for a trolley. I believe this store is overlooking a key opportunity – if trolleys were made free, customers would likely purchase more items in my humble opinion.
Peter Lopez (23/04/2025, 01:11):
Hey there, just popped down to the supermarket and managed to snag some lovely fresh veggies. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded either. A successful trip all around!
