Oh my goodness, the Elginers are simply fascinating! They truly grasp the essence of an Emergency pharmacy. I mean, who would queue up for emergency prescriptions for something as basic as paracetamol, which can easily be bought at any regular shop or non-emergency pharmacy? Allow me to explain this in detail - the staff at an EMERGENCY pharmacy, who are extremely professional and must adhere to pharmacy standards and regulations, prioritize Emergency prescriptions above all else. Non-emergency prescriptions will not receive the same level of urgency, no matter how urgent one may think they are. If your prescription is not truly an emergency, then it might be best to visit a non-emergency pharmacy instead! It's rather absurd to go to the only EMERGENCY pharmacy in all of Moray, placing your minor ailments ahead of people facing true emergencies with their health. The staff at this pharmacy truly deserve recognition for having to deal with customers exhibiting such levels of ignorance.

I popped into the shop to pick up my refill, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes just to be helped. And then had to wait another 50 minutes for them to prepare my order and finally check out. Definitely won't be going back to Boots after this experience.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Waited for over half an hour to collect my prescription because the lady who took my details did not inform her colleagues before leaving only 10 minutes later. I had to repeat the whole process from the beginning.

The staff at the beauty supply store were too caught up in their own conversations to notice that customers were waiting. They acted as if they were doing a huge favor by helping you, and even in the middle of checking out, they ignored me to chat with a coworker at the next register. If they were trained in proper customer service skills, our experience in the store could have been much better. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit.

I frequent this beauty supply store for the pharmacy since it stays open late and is more convenient for me to pick up my prescriptions after work. The staff is always diligent, supportive, and professional.

I also like to purchase skincare products at this store. I appreciate the variety of skincare items they offer. Recently, I've noticed they've added some Inkylist products (excellent products). I hope they continue to expand their selection in that direction!
