I popped into the store to pick up some bare minerals makeup, but there wasn't anyone at the counter because all the ladies were engrossed in conversation at another makeup counter. A saleswoman eventually noticed me but didn't acknowledge me until I went up to her. She then got me what I needed and took me to the register, where I was assisted by another girl who didn't say a single word. The customer service at this place is practically non-existent.

The entire team is incredibly pleasant and helpful, but I must give a special shoutout to Lorraine. She went above and beyond to ensure that my glasses were just right. Dealing with a complex prescription and choosing new glasses can be quite stressful for me, but Lorraine's patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the process much smoother. I am absolutely thrilled with my new glasses thanks to her perseverance.

It's clear that staff like Lorraine are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it's more than just a job for them. Their commitment shines through in every interaction. Kudos to the optician team 👏👍

Whilst in the beauty supply store to drop off my prescription, I found myself standing next to a gentleman. I politely inquired if he was also waiting in line, to which he confirmed that he was there to schedule an appointment. Just as we were about to be attended to, the blonde lady behind the counter loudly assured us she would be with us shortly, though her facial expressions spoke otherwise. This less-than-satisfactory customer service experience has left me with little desire to return to the store. Perhaps some customer care training may be beneficial for the blonde employee.
