Great to see all the beauty counters bustling once more! It's been quite some time. I was able to pick up some essential items from Estée Lauder, Clarins, and Clinique. I've noticed that these counters carry a wider variety compared to other stores such as Buchanan Galleries and St. Enoch's. The ladies at the counters were incredibly helpful. Hopefully, things will continue to pick up and get busier soon!

I just had the most dreadful experience at the beauty supply store. I found myself in a heated discussion with the security guard right before closing time about whether I could come in. As I was leaving, I mentioned to him that it only took a minute, and he responded by telling me to "f* off!" It was quite upsetting, to say the least.

Today, I had a troubling episode of a recurring health issue, and after attempting to alleviate it by walking, I stumbled upon Boots and realized I could consult with a pharmacist and obtain the necessary prescription medication that I had forgotten to bring with me.

Nnaemeka (apologies if I misspelled that!) sprang into action, promptly contacting my GP practice and providing me with the required medication. He exhibited kindness and empathy, and I am tremendously grateful for his assistance as I struggled back and forth, feeling breathless and frightened, likely appearing quite distressed. Thanks to his swift actions, I was able to manage the episode and make my way back home, avoiding a trip to the hospital or potentially more serious consequences. Thank you!!!
