Terry Gonzales (21/05/2025, 10:54):
Why do they have two service desks at the pharmacy area if they only serve for prescription collection? I was wandering around the store while waiting for them to return from lunch. I could have been waiting in line at the prescription area if there was a sign indicating that. When they reopened after lunch, I approached the non-prescription over-the-counter desk only to be told in a curt and annoyed manner that there was only one line, which by then had 20 people in it. They should either remove the over-the-counter desk if no one is serving there or at least have a big sign saying no service available at this desk.
