I must say, incredibly disappointed with the lackluster customer service at this establishment. Waited a good 15 minutes just to be served, mind you during peak hours with only 6 staff members available. And as if that wasn't enough frustration, I then had to twiddle my thumbs for an extra 10 minutes while they struggled to scan an item lacking a barcode. The patrons behind me were audibly miffed by this unfortunate delay.

Furthermore, when inquiring about the location of a specific item, the employee in question swiftly brushed us off and scurried away. Quite disheartening, I must admit.

My missus and I were out doing the weekly shop on Sunday the 18th. I've recently started using a mobility scooter, so I parked up and waited in the car while the wife did her thing. I was proper gobsmacked at how many disabled parking spaces were taken up by McDonald's delivery drivers. It's a right shame, it is, that there aren't enough spots left for us who really need 'em.

The layout 'as changed so I couldn't find anything. Pricey, not a friendly staff member I spoke with in customer service. The click and collect was alright though, and their online shopping sales saved me money in this climate.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with the service I received at the supermarket. I kindly asked a staff member if they could provide me with some change for the passport photo machine, as it indicated it did not give change and I risked losing £2. However, she rudely responded, "NO!! WE DONT GIVE CHANGE HERE!!!" It's quite perplexing to encounter individuals in customer service roles who react aggressively to simple requests for assistance. It seems that having a sour expression is a prerequisite for such positions!

Generally speaking, it's an alright supermarket. It gets incredibly busy, so finding nearby parking can be a bit of a challenge. Sometimes there's a shortage of carts at the entrance. The self-checkout options are quite convenient, but I've noticed multiple times that when I use Scan & Go, the scanned prices don't always match the shelf prices. I've seen other reviews mentioning this issue as well. It's not too concerning when it's just a few pennies off, but there have been instances where prices were £2 or more incorrect. With the current cost of living crisis, people need to be extra careful with their spending, and it's disappointing that the store isn't ensuring price accuracy. This has occurred so frequently that it almost feels like a bit of a scam, even if it's unintentional.

Another complaint I have about this store is that often there are large trolleys of merchandise and cardboard boxes scattered throughout the aisles. Gone are the days of overnight shelf restocking, but this can greatly diminish the shopping experience when trying to navigate through the aisles. I've provided this feedback numerous times in surveys Asda has sent me after my visits, but it seems like either the feedback isn't reaching the store or they simply don't care.

Despite these issues, it's a very practical store with generally competitive prices (as long as you double-check them!) and a wide selection of products.

I'm not quite sure what's going on with ASDA lately. They stock a wide range of products, but when you try to get in touch with management to voice a complaint, they seem to be nowhere in sight. Instead, they'll send a team leader. It's also a challenge to actually make your purchase sometimes. Management often blames the lack of power for several tills not working. The question that comes to mind is why haven't they been fixed 🤔. And why do they seem to disappear when the store gets busy 🤔? When you do manage to speak to the GSM (General Store Manager), all they can offer is, "I'll look into it" repeatedly. But how can they truly investigate when they're not jotting down information or asking the right questions? The regional manager really ought to pay a visit to this store and figure out why they're losing customers. I've even witnessed people abandoning their full shopping carts and leaving the store simply because there aren't enough tills open.

Customer service is a real issue at Asda because they close the customer service desk 2 hours before the store shuts down. This can be a problem for customers who need assistance towards the end of the day.

I had a bit of a rubbish experience at the pharmacy. I had a question that needed answering, but instead of the pharmacist coming out to chat with me directly, they had someone else do it. Quite disappointing customer service, if you ask me.

Supermarket has a great variety of everyday goods all in one place, but it can be a bit understaffed during busy times. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they will guide you to the products instead of just pointing you in a direction.

My experience at this shop was absolutely dreadful! No one available to assist with the checkout before 8am, and the checkout system always seems to cause a hassle. I find it much more worthwhile to drive a bit further to Morrisons, where not only are the prices good but the quality is superior as well.

I made an online clothing order and went to the shop to pick it up, but there were no clear signs indicating where to go. After wandering around the store, which was quite chilly I must say, I decided to inquire at the customer service desk, only to find it unmanned (mind you, it was 1:30 pm on a Saturday). The tobacco counter nearby seemed like my next best bet, as I assumed the lone staff member assisting a queue of 6 people there might also be covering both areas. After waiting for 5 minutes, I gave up and headed back to my car, prompted by the aforementioned low temperature.

Come on ASDA, it's not exactly brain surgery! Sort out your staffing levels and turn up the thermostat a notch.

This establishment is just dreadful. The shelves are a mess, poorly stocked, and the promotions advertised are not reflected at the checkout. Every time we visit, we scrutinize our receipt before exiting the premises because more often than not, the prices are incorrect and we end up being overcharged. The queue at customer service is always daunting and the employees themselves confess they are tired of the pricing errors.
The store is absolutely frigid, and we can't help but feel pity for the checkout staff whose hands must be numb from the chill.
The individual in charge of this establishment is in desperate need of proper training.
If you have the option to patronize a different store, I would highly recommend avoiding Kirkcaldy. But, if you must shop here, be vigilant and double-check your receipt!

During our visit to see our mates, we popped into this supermarket. The store was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. In particular, the lanky Geordie chap working there was an absolute riot and super helpful.

The lavatories were absolutely disgusting, I was nearly nauseous from the stench of urine. I dread to think what's been written on the walls of the stalls. I promptly exited the premises. The store itself is decent, but it's clear the cleaning staff hasn't paid a visit in weeks.

The prices from the shelves to the till are always a bit of a mystery at this supermarket. For example, I picked up a bottle of Evian water for 4.25, only to discover at the till that I was actually charged 4.75. And don't even get me started on the other products - like one marked at 2.85 that I ended up paying 3 for. It seems like every time I visit, I encounter these random price discrepancies.

If I may, mate, getting a gig at the Pizza counter seems like trying to catch a kangaroo in the Outback - tricky business. S'pose it's either shut tight or flashing a cheeky sign saying 'no orders for ya!' Can't help but wish I could roll into work, do bugger all, and still rake in the dollars. reckon they should just ditch that counter altogether, seems more temperamental than every McDonald's soft serve machine from here to Timbuktu.

This was me first and last time visiting the Kirkcaldy store, I tell ya. I went to collect me currency at 2pm yesterday, right. The sign said it would reopen at 3pm, but it's supposed to be open all day, innit? And then I goes to the ladies toilet, blimey! I was totally disgusted at the state they were in, all blocked or filthy. They ain't been cleaned properly in weeks, mate. For a supermarket, it's shocking the state they were in, I tell ya. I spoke to another customer, and she 'ad the same to say, she did.

I must say, I had quite the dreadful time in-store attempting to locate a partial click and collect order across four different spots. However, my entire perception shifted when I received a personal phone call from Asda Kirkcaldy, offering their sincere apologies and providing me with a complete refund. My trust in them has been completely rejuvenated! Kudos to Asda for the exceptional service!
