Top-notch service! I couldn't be more pleased with the two delightful ladies who pierced my 5-year-old's ears today. From beginning to end, the service was outstanding - a solid 10/10. I highly recommend this shop for ear piercing, and all the other staff members were exceptionally polite, despite the busy environment. I do wish I could award fewer than a single star. The team is generally quite pleasant, except for the manager – she can be rather unpleasant and disrespectful to customers such as myself. I have witnessed her treating staff in much the same manner. While I am a big fan of Superdrug, I will now be spending my money elsewhere! It is imperative that this issue is addressed; everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

She really went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. This store is far superior to Boots in terms of both products and service. I will definitely be returning for future shopping trips!
