Regrettably, I've found the receptionists I've encountered over the past 10 months to have a less-than-friendly attitude towards patients like me.
Billy Collins (23/07/2025, 19:10):
Upon my initial visit to this medical group, I was greeted with a chilly reception. I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for a week now, only to discover that my number has been blocked in the system for some reason.
Dorothy Turner (22/07/2025, 14:30):
I happened to miss a call from the Medical group, and they left a message for me to ring them back. I promptly returned the call at 16.15 hours, only to find myself still on hold by 18.00 hours. An automated voice kept reassuring me that I was number one in the queue since 17.00 hours. However, I could tell they were about to close at 18.00 hours, so I decided to end the call. Quite exasperating, I must say.
Leonard Sullivan (22/07/2025, 11:40):
This GP surgery is top-notch, yet it seems only those with complaints take the time to leave reviews.
Kevin Ford (20/07/2025, 19:45):
The staff at this medical group be thee most unhelpful I have ever encountered, but fear not, for Dr. Wilson be thee only doctor worth seeing there.
Zachary Gray (20/07/2025, 19:09):
It's absolute madness trying to reach someone on the phone, the line is always engaged or there's just no answer.
Diana Jackson (18/07/2025, 22:16):
The staff at this medical group are truly lovely. Dr. Wilson provided exceptional care and treatment!
Alice Hall (16/07/2025, 03:45):
I must say, the Doctors are top-notch professionals. They have consistently been so very helpful. However, the receptionists leave much to be desired - unhelpful, passive-aggressive, rude, and sarcastic. I wouldn't suggest this practice due to that reason.
Bradley Jenkins (14/07/2025, 16:25):
Absolutely top-notch medical group. No need to wait around for appointments, ever. The reception team is consistently cheerful, polite, and so helpful. I trust all the GPs here without a doubt, which was not the case with my previous medical practice. I even convinced my folks to join this group, and they think it's absolutely fantastic too.
Adam Flores (08/07/2025, 09:37):
I must say, this medical group is top-notch! Every person I encounter is just lovely. I'd give them a perfect 10 out of 10.
Martha Ramirez (06/07/2025, 13:42):
Submitted a request for medication 9 days ago and it still hasn't been processed. The receptionists' attitude when inquiring about it was quite shocking.
Melissa Morales (27/06/2025, 21:58):
I must say, I've had quite a pleasant time picking up my monthly prescription.

The appointments are scheduled promptly, and the staff is not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and helpful.
Amelia Kim (27/06/2025, 11:02):
The receptionist has a bloody awful attitude when it comes to assisting folks.
Randy Johnson (26/06/2025, 18:09):
I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, only to have it canceled the day before. Then I received a reminder text for the canceled appointment and was told I've been put at the end of the queue, with a new appointment offered 8 days later.

With the increased awareness of mental illness, it seems like this practice lacks the necessary training in this area. The male doctors I've seen show little empathy towards mental health concerns.

It can be quite challenging to muster the courage to make a doctor's appointment, only to feel like a burden when you do. I've heard that this practice is a training facility, and that everyone has to start somewhere, but the frequent turnover of doctors does not inspire much confidence.
Dorothy Nguyen (25/06/2025, 13:28):
I had an absolutely dreadful experience on the phone with this medical group. The customer service was abysmal, and I was left feeling frustrated and unheard. It's truly disappointing when you reach out for help and are met with such unprofessionalism. I hope they can improve their phone service in the future.
Sandra Thomas (25/06/2025, 11:30):
What a fantastic medical group! The reception team was always so helpful in assisting us with our medication needs. After being away for 6 months and experiencing the subpar service at Kersiebank Practice in Grangemouth, we were thrilled to return to Polmont. The staff at Polmont are top-notch and we have never encountered such exceptional care in our 50 years of experience.
Mark Cruz (24/06/2025, 01:22):
Whilst the doctors and nurses have been wonderful in their care, I must admit that I have found the receptionists I have encountered over the past 10 months to be rather lacking in their attitude towards individuals like myself who have external fixations on their legs and may occasionally require assistance via phone calls. Sadly, they seem inclined to belittle me whenever the opportunity arises. I am considering registering for the online system to avoid such unnecessary difficulties in the future.
Allison Cooper (17/06/2025, 21:08):
The waitin' list to 'ave a consultation with a doctor be quite long.
Roger Hayes (17/06/2025, 04:33):
I must say, this GP practice is truly top-notch. The receptionist staff are so accommodating and the GPs are incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to go above and beyond to assist. I wouldn't dream of switching practices, they're simply the best.
David Anderson (13/06/2025, 03:06):
Physicians are absolutely brilliant, but sometimes there's that one who just doesn't quite measure up and can dampen the overall experience.
