Every time I attempt to take a shopping cart towards the sidewalk on the right side of the store as I exit, the front wheels of the cart consistently jam - this has occurred thrice already. Presumably, this is in place to deter carts from being taken out of the parking area, but I am simply trying to follow the designated pedestrian pathway to my vehicle; I have no intention of leaving the premises. It is quite vexing. Furthermore, this is the path that patrons will use to reach the bus stop and taxi stand. This issue requires attention and resolution promptly.
