The management and staff at this movie theater are truly splendid, always going above and beyond to ensure a top-notch customer experience. They make it their mission to prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently deliver exceptional service quality.

On the other hand, my experiences at Cineworld have been underwhelming, failing to meet customer expectations time and time again.
David Sanchez (20/07/2025, 23:23):
The queuing system at this movie theater is an absolute mess! There seems to be plenty of staff around, but they are poorly managed.

The lobby is complete chaos, even though it's not that busy. It took us about 45 minutes to get 2 small bags of sweet popcorn and 2 drinks.

It's truly disgraceful.
Ronald Clark (14/07/2025, 07:46):
I attended the screening of Wicked yesterday (27th November), the main lobby was quite cozy and inviting. However, upon entering screen 6, I was met with a blast of cold air. I endured the entire movie in discomfort as the chilly breeze persisted. I brought up the issue with a staff member afterwards, and they explained that the air conditioning was stuck on. It was truly a dreadful experience.
Ryan Cruz (10/07/2025, 01:25):
Just got back from watching Beetlejuice at the cinema. The movie itself was quite disappointing, but it was made even worse by the uncomfortable and pricey seats, not to mention the freezing cold temperature in the theater. I definitely feel like I wasted my money on this experience and I won't be returning. It was also frustrating that there were no staff members around to report the issue to after the film.
Lauren Hayes (09/07/2025, 05:47):
The cinema experience was a bit underwhelming, I must say. The facilities were a tad chilly and the restrooms could have been cleaner, some even lacked toilet paper. The ticket prices were quite steep for what was offered. The resolution of the movie didn't quite meet my expectations given the price. I don't think I'd be willing to shell out for another visit. On the bright side, the staff was quite amiable.
Angela Lee (09/07/2025, 04:35):
I tell ya, mate, it's a right shame when they make us sit through 30 minutes of adverts before the flick even starts. And don't even get me started on the fact that the premier seats are just as small and uncomfortable as the standard ones. What's the point of shelling out extra quid for no better seat? Just doesn't make sense, does it?
Terry Richardson (25/06/2025, 22:14):
Odeon is a splendid cinema, although at times I do find it to be rather pricey. Initially, it may not seem too bad, but once you tally up the cost of tickets, popcorn, and beverages, the total can be a bit overwhelming. The ordering process is conducted via your mobile device or kiosks, which is quite convenient once you become accustomed to it. Nevertheless, it remains the top cinema in the vicinity, and the film quality itself is truly exceptional.
Sophia Davis (25/06/2025, 02:43):
Just got back from Odeon, Fort Kinnaird. We brought the grandkids along and were a tad confused by the ticket machines. But not to fret, a lovely member of staff came to our rescue. The lass who assisted us truly deserves a shoutout and reflects well on the company. I didn't quite catch her name, but despite being a wheelchair user, she was incredibly kind and helpful, truly brightening our day. A massive thank you is in order.
Helen Patterson (23/06/2025, 20:30):
As a wheelchair user, I absolutely adore visiting this movie theater. The convenience of having parking right outside for those who require it is fantastic. The sidewalks in the vicinity are impressively even and easy to traverse. Upon entering, the spacious and accessible layout is a breath of fresh air.

I always make sure to pre-purchase our tickets online, making the arrival process a breeze – just need to present them upon entry. The wheelchair spots are generously spacious and accompanied by at least one adjacent seat for a companion.

In my experience, the temperature within this cinema has always been spot on.
Sharon Reyes (21/06/2025, 07:14):
The sound quality at the cinema was a bit off, so I decided to create my own cozy home theater instead. Now I just rent movies and enjoy a better sound experience while saving money. Won't be returning to Kinnaird Park Odeon anytime soon!
Amelia Howard (20/06/2025, 12:28):
What a fantastic little cinema! I thoroughly enjoy visiting to watch my favorite films. There's a delightful staff member named David who stands out for his exceptional customer service. He always greets me warmly and engages in friendly conversation, asking about my day. The entire team is equally wonderful.
Dylan Myers (19/06/2025, 02:24):
Everything seems to be well organized, parking available all day with no trouble at all.
Allison Russell (18/06/2025, 08:23):
I took my granddaughter for a special treat yesterday to watch Matilda the Musical at this theater. The show was absolutely brilliant! However, I must say that the overall experience was somewhat disappointing due to the meal we had pre-ordered. We opted for the Southern fried chicken strips with crispy potato slices. Firstly, the food was served in small uncovered trays, which was a bit unexpected. Moreover, it seemed like the food hadn't been properly temperature checked, which is a legal requirement under Health and Safety regulations. I didn't see any temperature probes being used to monitor the food's temperature. Additionally, the crispy potato slices were far from crispy; they were rather soggy and unappetizing. To top it off, a small box of candies was included in the tray along with a large serving of coke zero. I am genuinely worried that someone could potentially get food poisoning from improperly stored food. Unless the theater demonstrates clear adherence to enforceable Health and Safety standards in the future, I will refrain from opting for this meal service again.
Albert Clark (18/06/2025, 04:16):
First time stopped by since the bloomin' covid showed up. Felt right safe throughout the whole shebang. Lovely to be back at the picture house for a bit of normality. Got a top-notch deal on the tix, sorted out me seats online quick as a flash before heading in.
Update (01/08/22): Seems like the cinema's gone and decided to double as a court building, bit of an odd choice during the school hols, if you ask me.
Theresa Cruz (13/06/2025, 03:28):
The staff at this movie theater are absolutely brilliant, always ready to lend a hand. I've noticed that everything is spotless and well-maintained. The folks at the Costa coffee stand know me so well, they don't even need to ask for my order anymore - I'm practically a regular there 😉
Sean Sanders (13/06/2025, 02:58):
We absolutely love heading to the movie theater, there's just something about certain films that truly come to life on the big screen.
Justin Garcia (10/06/2025, 11:08):
Fabulous movie theatre with top-notch seating options and incredible iSense showings. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that after late-night viewings, I often have to resort to taking a taxi home since public transportation is not as frequent.
Catherine Green (07/06/2025, 07:09):
I recently went to catch a showing of Beetlejuice 2 at the cinema, and I have to say, it didn't quite live up to the greatness of the original but it was still pretty decent.
Brandon Martin (06/06/2025, 15:07):
I must admit, the seats in this place leave much to be desired – you'll surely find yourself fidgeting a fair bit. And don't get me started on that half-hour of commercials before the film gets going – it's a downright nuisance. However, I must say, once the background music starts playing and the sound envelops you, it's truly something special; you can truly sense it. Additionally, the employees are exceptionally welcoming, and there's a pleasant atmosphere that permeates the entire experience.
Christian Green (06/06/2025, 02:22):
Absolutely smashing spot. Clean and charming, it was, I tell you. We caught the showing of Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 1 - top-notch flick, that one. Found ourselves in cinema5 where the film spanned the walls on either side. Bit unusual, but we got used to it, no worries. Parked ourselves in row K, cushy seats and heaps of legroom to boot. Service was friendly as can be, and a wide selection of grub and beverages on tap, including a drop or two of the good stuff. Ample parking available too. A return visit is most certainly on the cards. Cheers!
