The bakery department at this establishment is simply marvelous, showcasing a wide variety of delectable freshly baked goods. And for those in need of a speedy snack, the hot chicken options are a definite must-try!

I highly recommend steering clear of this place for breakfast. The drinks were lukewarm, the food was cold, and the staff seemed completely demotivated. The manager showed no concern for the problems and didn't even offer any compensation, not that I requested any. It was evident that his only goal was to shut down the café. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.

I visit this supermarket every day, it's great value for your money.
Mark Collins (15/07/2025, 19:08):
I always find the staff to be quite polite and helpful. I do feel sympathy for the one staff member who seems to be running around managing all the self-service tills. It's a bit disappointing to see so many of these tills, despite their convenience. I do have concerns about the possibility of many employees eventually losing their jobs due to these automated systems making their roles redundant. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of attention to spillages. I've noticed numerous times where there are puddles on the floor that I've had to bring to the staff's attention. I'm actually surprised they haven't had any accidents due to these slippery areas.

Popped in quickly to grab a few things for dinner, store was well-stocked and easy to find my way around. Used the self-checkout machines, great variety of products, lots of parking space.

On my initial visit, there was a noticeable absence of eggs with my breakfast. I assumed it may have been an oversight and did not bring it up. However, on my subsequent visit, the absence of black pudding was rather disappointing. It is unacceptable to not receive what you have paid for on two separate occasions. Regrettably, I will not be returning.

Dear Morrisons, top job on this one! The accessibility for a wheelchair user was spot on, and the staff were so lovely and helpful. 😊 Keep it up!
Philip Hughes (10/07/2025, 08:16):
Just had a right old palaver at brekkie this mornin'! Took a good 45 minutes for 'em to sort it out. The pancakes were drownin' in syrup, couldn't even see 'em properly. And then the full breakfast? Absolute mess, mate. Scrambled eggs plopped on top of the mushrooms, toast all soggy from sittin' on top of the eggs. Morrisons in Fort William, you really need to up your game!
Bruce Coleman (07/07/2025, 17:02):
Coffee shop had zero coffee available, the cashier was lacking in change. The cups appeared to be soiled and not properly cleaned. Tables were left unattended and cluttered. It seemed as if there was a shortage of staff. However, on a brighter note, the manager showed great friendliness and assistance, despite being under pressure.
The restrooms within the establishment were quite repulsive; I only entered to switch out of my damp garments, and I truly regretted it.
Sharon Miller (06/07/2025, 07:37):
It's near Ben Nevis and other spots in Fort William.
Elizabeth Hughes (03/07/2025, 16:28):
We both ventured into the facilities, and the odor of urine permeated the air, coupled with an abundance of discarded paper strewn across the floor. It was evident that the restrooms had not been cleaned in quite some time, despite the recent opening of the supermarket.
Margaret Butler (02/07/2025, 13:19):
I popped into this supermarket for breakfast with my hubby, and it was a bit grim, I must say. The cups were all stained with coffee or tea drips, and the tables were cluttered with trays and plates that hadn't been cleared. We usually adore having breakfast at Morrisons because it's top-notch and incredibly clean. So, the experience at the Fort William branch left us feeling quite let down.
Jerry Jordan (01/07/2025, 04:19):
This quaint little café is an absolute gem, located conveniently near the bus station. I popped in on a Sunday around 1pm and was slightly disappointed to find a restricted selection of sandwiches. Despite being enticed by a striking poster showcasing fish and chips, I was disheartened to learn that they were out of fish. Moreover, the absence of vegetarian burger options and notices detailing tomato shortages left much to be desired. The lack of trays for customer use was a minor inconvenience. While I appreciated the tea being served in a charming metal teapot, the oversized mugs made the entire pot fit comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Perhaps reconsidering the use of teapots would be beneficial in the future.
Angela Peterson (29/06/2025, 16:38):
Fort Williams' largest supermarket boasts a sizable car park. Featuring a deli counter, café, restrooms, fresh produce, and a bottle bank, it's conveniently located near the town center, right next to the train and bus stations. Additionally, there's a petrol station on site. While parking is free, do keep an eye on the time limits.
Wayne Diaz (26/06/2025, 15:01):
I must say, the service at this Supermarket leaves much to be desired. It seems they are always short on open checkout lanes, leaving customers no choice but to use the self-service machines, which can be quite chaotic. The staff manning these machines are often multitasking, trying to stock shelves while assisting customers at the same time. This results in delays and frustration when the machine requires attention. It would be greatly appreciated if the management could ensure there are manned checkout lanes available at all times.
Paul Phillips (24/06/2025, 04:41):
So I popped into Morrisons for a spot of breakfast, all geared up for their famed "Ultimate" Scottish Breakfast. To my surprise, I was informed that mushrooms were off the menu that day, despite the store being well-stocked with them. I asked if I could have fried eggs instead of poached or scrambled, only to be met with a firm "no, we can't do that." I mean, who ever heard of a breakfast joint not serving fried eggs, right? And when I inquired about a discount for the lack of mushrooms, you can probably guess the answer - another resounding "no." What kind of supermarket cafe is this, I ask you? It's a bit of a head-scratcher when they have mushrooms but won't serve them, offer only certain types of eggs, and to top it off, the lady at the checkout was rather rude.
John Brown (21/06/2025, 19:13):
Just popped in for a quick cup of coffee before hopping on the bus back to Arbroath. The coffee was decent and the cafe was clean, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent to new customers.
Aaron Howard (17/06/2025, 19:19):
A splendid spot for filling up as you journey in every which way - a convenient junction, indeed!
Charles Richardson (15/06/2025, 17:45):
I must say, I was rather disappointed with the quality of the breakfast offered at this establishment. Not only did it take an exceedingly long time for my meal to arrive, but when it did, it was clear that minimal effort had been put into its preparation. Regrettably, I was only able to consume a small portion of it before deciding to forego the rest. Without a doubt, this was the most unsatisfactory breakfast experience I have ever encountered.
Michael Adams (14/06/2025, 20:33):
Decent selection, but quite pricey for a shopping destination.
