I am terribly disappointed with Boots. I had a scheduled appointment that I booked a couple of months in advance, only to receive a last-minute call notifying me of its cancellation. They proposed a new appointment for the following month, which I ultimately decided to cancel. I consider this behavior to be unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I rearranged my entire day around that appointment, and their actions truly put a damper on my plans.

I 'ad a jolly good experience at this optician's, I must say. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful, and they really listened to me throughout the whole process. Turns out, I 'ad been given the wrong prescription by another optician (not Boots, mind you). They didn't pressure me into buying pricey glasses, and the lady who assisted me in choosing me frames was quite patient and didn't rush me at all. Overall, top-notch service!
