I am disappointed with the pricing at this pharmacy, as they are charging over double the price for a box of 32 soluble painkillers compared to other chemists. The same brand of tablets can be found elsewhere for £4.99, only a slight increase of 49p. As a key worker who is helping to feed the nation during this pandemic, I find it unacceptable that this pharmacy is cashing in on the situation by charging £8.99 for the same product. While I understand that businesses may face additional costs during these times, my own company has not increased the price of our bread and has even provided free bread to hospitals. It is frustrating to see such high prices at this pharmacy, especially when there are more affordable options available.

I recently came across some negative reviews about this pharmacy, but I must say that my experience was quite the opposite. Tonight, my husband had to fill a prescription that was urgently needed and had been prescribed by our BUPA doctor, requiring access through an online portal that the staff were not familiar with. Despite it being just moments before closing time, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we got the medication we needed. They even went as far as keeping the pharmacy open for a few extra minutes to help us. The service we received was truly exceptional. Thank you once again.

Top-notch service when my missus was feeling poorly, couldn't dish out a remedy sans a scrip, but they dialed up Airdrie Health Service and snagged her an appointment.

I must say, this pharmacy was quite the sloth in my experience. It took over forty minutes just to get a basic prescription filled, despite the place being eerily quiet. They'll tell you it's just a ten-minute wait, but in truth, it's more like quadruple that.
And to top it off, the staff weren't the friendliest bunch either.
I reckon I won't be making a return trip anytime soon.

I always find myself waiting for prescriptions for far too long. Even after placing my order 3 days ago, it was still incomplete, requiring me to come back and wait an additional 20 minutes as I had done the day before.
The system is inadequate, as no one seemed to know what was happening with my order.
This isn't the first time I've experienced such poor service here, and I hope I won't have to use this pharmacy again.
Absolutely woeful.

Well, this pharmacy is always buzzing with activity, and there's a constant stream of people coming through the door. I've been a regular here for years, and while I have had to wait anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes for my prescriptions at times, I've noticed that some staff members can come across as a bit rude on the phone and their attitudes in the pharmacy can be a bit shocking. You know who you are! However, the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. So, if you're not keen on waiting, perhaps consider trying another pharmacy. Overall, the majority of the staff here really do their best, so keep up the good work!

After years of visiting this pharmacy, I have encountered mostly pleasant staff, despite some previous pharmacists having a bit of an attitude. However, my recent visit had me feeling apprehensive as there seemed to be a shift in the atmosphere. Much to my surprise, the new pharmacist, a young lad, was incredibly friendly. Despite knowing my name and never having met me before, he took the time to ask how I was doing.

Every month I make sure to place my repeat prescription order, and I always receive an email confirmation acknowledging its receipt. The system then advises me to wait until after noon the following day for processing. However, despite allowing anywhere from 2 to 5 additional days after this initial notification, the prescription is still not completed in a timely manner. This delay causes significant inconvenience as I am left waiting excessively for my medication. At times like these, the online service hardly seems worth the trouble.

I must say, had quite the unpleasant experience at this particular pharmacy. Despite understanding the current challenges we all face, the staff's rudeness was unwarranted. On one occasion with only two customers present and seven staff members (four of whom appeared to be simply chatting away), I found myself waiting a staggering 40 minutes. When I politely inquired about the delay, I was met with a suggestion to wait outside for my order, as the staff supposedly do not tolerate any form of mistreatment. It almost felt as though I was the one being mistreated. Consequently, I promptly switched pharmacies and have no intention of returning to that establishment.

This is without a doubt the most dreadful and unhelpful pharmacy in Coatbridge! I took a prescription to the counter and was informed that prescriptions were taking 20 minutes. I mentioned that I would return in 30 minutes. When I came back, the prescription had not even been started, yet I got the typical excuse that it was being checked. What a bunch of complete lies, I observed them starting to put it together as I waited. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, they were unable to provide one item and were short on another. The pharmacist is one of the most arrogant and unhelpful individuals I have ever encountered. This establishment seriously needs to improve its customer service.

I 'ave been usin' them for a year, went to pick up me prescription for an inhaler I 'ad ordered, and because me GP 'adn't sent it up, they're sayin' that because I ain't a regular customer, they won't give me one even though I've been usin' it for a year. It's a shame on a Saturday, it ain't a controlled drug and is on me repeat list. They've also lost the other side of it. The pharmacist and staff are really uncaring and incompetent.

This spot is a real gem, particularly if you're pulling odd shifts. The pharmacy here keeps its doors open later than most and their shelves are always well-stocked. It can get quite bustling at times, but the team goes above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of promptly. They've consistently been warm and welcoming. I've never had a negative encounter with this pharmacy, which is why I'll keep returning. I can't fault them in any way. The only downside, which isn't the pharmacy's doing, is the parking situation. The street is always packed as it's a bustling road, often necessitating parking a bit further and walking. However, given their late hours, it's well worth it.
