Absolutely splendid, I must say!

The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely fantastic! When my doctor messed up my prescription (again), the staff went out of their way to assist me. It's always a pleasure to encounter such friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!
Diana Henderson (19/05/2025, 23:29):
Cheerful and helpful assistance from the tall, young lady with brown hair at the counter. Top-notch service!
Daniel Russell (18/05/2025, 01:57):
I had to shell out £18 for 2 prescriptions when the order came from the doctors as 1 item. I don't mind paying for my medication, but being charged twice when it's not my fault is quite frustrating.

My apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the pharmacy. It is truly disheartening to hear about your husband's health struggles and the challenges you are facing as his caregiver. I understand the frustration of not being able to receive the medication delivery when you need it most, especially during such trying times.

The pharmacy's response to your request was certainly not ideal, and the lack of empathy shown by the staff over the phone is regrettable. It is disappointing that they were not able to accommodate your one-time delivery request, considering the circumstances you are dealing with.

In situations like these, it is crucial for businesses, especially those in the healthcare sector, to show compassion and understanding towards individuals who are in need of assistance. I recommend reaching out to the pharmacy manager to express your concerns and provide feedback on the service you received. Your feedback could potentially help improve their processes and ensure better support for vulnerable individuals in the future.

I hope you are able to find the support you need for your husband's care and that the pharmacy reconsiders their stance on providing assistance to those in need. Take care and stay strong during this challenging time.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at a pharmacy where the manager, Aaron (who refused to provide his last name for my complaint), denied a prescription for my partner's breathing issues that had been issued by 111. It was clear to me that the prescription was necessary, as it wouldn't have been given otherwise. Aaron spoke over both myself and my partner, and was evasive when asked if the referral had been processed, as we were new to that pharmacy. His attitude and tone were unprofessional, and when I responded in kind, he abruptly ended the call by saying, "due to how you've spoken, you are not getting anything from here." I have since lodged a complaint via email, as Aaron is supposedly the head office manager. If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. The entire interaction left me feeling discriminated against.
Sophia Alexander (15/05/2025, 20:53):
The staff just kept chatting with each other, not even acknowledging my presence while I was just trying to quickly get in and out of the store. Quite rude, if you ask me.

Arranged a private covid vaccine appointment and received multiple text reminders, including two on the same day. Arrived with plenty of time only to be informed that the pharmacist had left and they were unable to administer the vaccine, despite having it in stock! Never received a phone call notifying us of their absence. Extremely disappointed with this poor service.
