What a top-notch service from the pharmacist and the crew. I've been popping into this place for a good few years now, as I require a bunch of repeat prescriptions, and they're always so helpful, quick, and friendly. Even other members of the fam have had the same experience. Despite their compact space, hands down the best pharmacy service I've ever come across.

The employees at the DPD collection point seemed to struggle with operating the system. I was denied picking up my package because they couldn't figure out how to scan the parcel reference number instead of a barcode. I had to come back with an extra form of identification, in addition to showing my bank cards with my name on them, as well as displaying a text message and email both containing the parcel number.

The manager is a pompous bully towards customers and completely unhelpful. It's a terrible decision to have someone like that in authority at this establishment.

I popped into the Pharmacy to get my ears sorted with some wax removal. The service was top-notch and the folks there, including the pharmacist, really put me at ease. A truly positive experience that I would definitely recommend.

The service at this pharmacy is absolutely dreadful, both in person and over the phone. They confidently present false information and then deny it outright when confronted.

I highly recommend double-checking any prescriptions you receive from them. I've been given the wrong medication on multiple occasions - so much so that I now always ensure everything is accurate before departing.

Dreadful customer experience, I must say. Was keen to drop off a package for collection by DPD, only to be turned away citing its weight as the issue - a detail which was nowhere to be found on the DPD website. I even proposed putting the parcel in an easily accessible spot for them, so they wouldn't need to lift a finger. Nevertheless, they insisted I trek a whole mile to the nearest pickup spot instead. Quite frustrating, I must say.

I must say, I am quite astonished to come across all these negative remarks. My own personal experience couldn't be more different. Just the other day, I popped into the pharmacy for my yearly flu shot since my regular doctor's office was unable to accommodate me. I was asked to complete a straightforward form and a delightful lady swiftly and proficiently administered the vaccination.
