I never had an issue with this pharmacy until I had to arrange for them to collect my prescription due to Covid19. After two visits to collect my prescription, it was not available. I had to reach out to my doctor who confirmed it had been picked up. When I contacted the pharmacy, they mentioned it might be at their other branch and asked me to call back. I was puzzled why they couldn't contact me or check with their other location sooner. Upon calling back, I learned that my prescription was indeed at the other branch and would be retrieved later. I felt that the way they managed the situation was clumsy and unhelpful, as I was the one expected to do all the legwork.
