Do not unlock the entrances until it's been roughly 20 minutes past the scheduled opening hour, as the staff may be running behind schedule.

The team at this pharmacy is incredibly supportive and always ready to help, they also help with the heavy workload from our other branch in front of Drumchapel Shopping Centre. Additionally, there are a few seats available for customers to use while waiting, which is especially handy during bad weather.

I recently went to the pharmacy to pick up some Paracetamol for my child, as recommended by the doctor for his vaccination. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the medication had already been collected. I was puzzled as to who could have taken it on my behalf. I had a receipt from the NHS instructing me to pick up the Paracetamol before the vaccination, so I was taken aback by this situation.

The staff member, Lisa, simply replied that she didn't know what had happened. When I insisted that I needed the medication, she assured me that my child wouldn't have a fever and tried to guarantee it, which turned out to be completely incorrect. That night, my child developed a high temperature and had an allergic reaction. We had to rush to the emergency room at 4 am. The doctor questioned why I hadn't given my child the Paracetamol, and I explained the situation to him. He was surprised and advised me to go back to the pharmacy and speak to the appropriate person, instructing them to refrain from making assumptions or guarantees in such critical situations, especially with minors.

I urge the management to investigate this incident and ensure that all customers are treated equally and receive the correct information and care from the pharmacy staff.

I recently scheduled an appointment online for a diabetes test. However, upon my arrival with the appointment confirmation in hand, I was informed that they do not actually offer that service. I had taken the day off from work to attend the appointment, so I was quite disappointed. It's frustrating that the website allowed me to book the test when it wasn't available. They really need to update the information on their website!
