Sugandinie, Jalilah, Pamela, Alisha, & Stephanie have done an outstanding job transforming this pharmacy from poorly managed with long waiting times to efficiently run with a fun and courteous staff. Waiting times have significantly decreased to just a few minutes compared to the previous 25-30 minutes. These ladies deserve immense credit for their hard work, especially considering the challenges they have faced from some customers. It's important to recognize their efforts and extend a big thank you to them. Well done, girls - 10/10! 👍

I must say that my experience at this particular pharmacy was quite disappointing. Upon entering the store at around 12:10 pm, it took until 12:18 pm for me to even be acknowledged, despite there being only one other customer besides me in the shop and three staff members behind the counter. After finally getting the attention of the pharmacist, it took them a good 4 minutes to locate my prescription, during which time two individuals who seemed to be in need of assistance and another customer were promptly attended to ahead of me. To make matters worse, I was informed that not all of my prescription was available and that I would have to return the following day to pick up the rest. In my opinion, a simple improvement in customer service would involve acknowledging customers as soon as they walk in, rather than leaving them to wonder if they have been noticed.
