These folks really know how to keep things running smoothly. They put in a solid day's work and deserve some recognition for their efforts. Kudos to them! 🥇💪

I must say, the service skills at this pharmacy are quite lacking. I wouldn't recommend it at all. The receptionists don't seem to be very helpful and can be quite confusing to deal with, which can leave you feeling a bit uneasy when speaking with them over the phone. I've been feeling unwell for weeks now, and it seems like the receptionists aren't very attentive to patient needs. It feels like they're not really listening and it's more of a one-sided conversation with them.
Amelia Taylor (23/07/2025, 22:05):
This blog is alright, mainly because of Clyde.
Brittany Ortiz (22/07/2025, 11:49):
The staff is absolutely delightful, although there may be a bit of a wait for your prescription to be ready.
Jennifer Graham (21/07/2025, 19:57):
I had a rather unpleasant experience with the pharmacist at this establishment. It was my first time visiting and I mistakenly entered through the wrong door. The pharmacist was quite rude, and as a result, I have decided not to return in the future.
Angela Butler (20/07/2025, 18:00):
I had a dreadful experience with the ENT receptionist this morning; her attitude was incredibly rude.
Olivia Mitchell (18/07/2025, 22:25):
I have been relying on this pharmacy ever since it first opened its doors. I've never encountered any issues with the personnel or lengthy waiting times. Given that Pollok is one of the largest estates in Glasgow, with a constantly increasing number of residents registering daily, the team at the pharmacy always strives to provide their best services. Kudos to you all at Well Pharmacy for going above and beyond to cater to the people of Pollok. Thank you!
Noah Gomez (16/07/2025, 19:31):

Karen Sanchez (15/07/2025, 10:42):
Absolutely splendid establishment.
Johnny Cooper (14/07/2025, 07:42):
Tired of the phone lines always being busy with just one person handling all calls, and when you attempt to cancel an early morning appointment, there's no response either. This leads to a sly letter being sent to your home. It's quite frustrating, to be honest.
Austin Rodriguez (07/07/2025, 16:07):
I apologize for the mix-up, it appears there has been a mistake with the surgery.
Raymond Patterson (06/07/2025, 14:42):
A wide range of products available at this pharmacy, mate. So many options to choose from!
David Richardson (05/07/2025, 16:09):
The staff was quite lovely, and the layout was clean and charming with some intriguing additions like a mini museum, GP, and other health services. There's also a small bar offering food and such.
Jack Reed (04/07/2025, 05:26):
The staff is so friendly and the nurses are top-notch, they really take care of you.
Janice Collins (01/07/2025, 07:56):
I am a patient of Dr. Ferguson and I am quite frustrated with the constant interruptions and rudeness from the receptionists when I call to schedule appointments. Furthermore, I feel like my concerns are not being heard. I had an appointment scheduled for today to receive a vaccination. I called on Friday specifically requesting a prescription for the vaccination so I could pick it up at the reception and take it to the pharmacy. To my disappointment, when I went in earlier today to collect the prescription, it had not been processed. It is evident that new receptionists who are more competent would greatly benefit the practice.
Danielle Hamilton (01/07/2025, 07:05):
Terrible experience at this pharmacy, with doctors who refuse to listen and receptionists who act like they're doing you a favor.
Brenda Butler (28/06/2025, 13:20):
Top-notch service. Always courteous. 5-star rating.
Angela Ortiz (24/06/2025, 21:01):
The team at the pharmacy works tirelessly in challenging conditions. The place is always bustling with activity. Additionally, the receptionist at the GP's office informs patients that repeat prescriptions take 2 days to process, but in truth, the pharmacy staff require double that time due to the delay in receiving prescriptions from the doctor's surgeries, which can sometimes take up to 2 days.
