I took my wife to this pharmacy as she was suffering from a urinary infection and needed antibiotics. Upon our arrival, I explained the issue to the person at the counter who then checked with the pharmacist if they could assist us. As my wife's English is not fluent, I was speaking on her behalf during the interaction.
To my surprise, the pharmacist's first question, delivered in a rather patronizing manner, was whether we were registered with a doctor in Scotland. I found this query unnecessary as a simple search using my wife's name would have provided all necessary details. Nonetheless, I answered affirmatively. The pharmacist then proceeded to inform us that they were too busy to help as they were closing in 30 minutes, despite the pharmacy remaining open until 5:30.
Feeling dismissed and disrespected, we left and sought help at another nearby pharmacy named "Murray Pharmacy." The pharmacist there promptly attended to my wife, efficiently gathering her information and prescribing the necessary antibiotics in just 5 minutes.
The conduct of the initial pharmacist was highly disappointing and unacceptable. I am unsure why they chose to act in such a manner, but it was truly disheartening.

I must say, this pharmacy is top-notch. The wait for my prescription has never exceeded 10 minutes. The team is delightful and goes above and beyond to assist. Today, I received some tablets that were individually wrapped in silver foil, requiring a bit of dexterity to access due to my arthritis. Not an issue at all! Rebecca kindly unwrapped them all and transferred them into a bottle for me. Fantastic service!!

What a proper mess. My lad has strep throat, and they told me over the blower they had his meds in stock and could sort out my private script since I couldn't snag an NHS GP slot. Rolled up at the pharmacy only to be turned away. Utter waste of time.
Ended up popping over to Fenton's at the Greenhils and thank the stars, they had the meds and were well up for lending a hand.
The staff's attitude in that shop was a total shocker as well. Wouldn't even consider going back in a pinch.

I am currently transferring my son's prescriptions to this pharmacy. I was unable to obtain my son's epilepsy medication at my usual chemist, but Stacey at Westwood Pharmacy went out of her way to source the medicine, place the order, and I am picking it up today. She went above and beyond, which is truly exceptional in my opinion. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

I've been on the hunt for scarce medications lately and have visited a fair share of pharmacies. Among the lot (nearly 30 different ones in just 10 days), Westwood Square stood out as the only pharmacy that treated me with genuine empathy.
They offered me kind, supportive advice and, in the end, managed to track down the medication I had been scouring all of South Lanarkshire for.
